Dale, that single fix would go a long way towards balancing GvG.
OK so you want to have dull edge that you can use against me PLUS enchant armor, Enchant Shield, Enchant GLOVES now (all great sources of armor by the way) Plus Sanctuary and Enchant Armor.. lol .. At least let me have a chance to pierce my way through it! Or like usual do I not understand something.
You still have shatter, critical hit, shield strike and reflection.
It would just be a HELL of a lot harder to build a suit that could both A. cover any possible defense suit and B. guarantee at least one combat that built some stupid shatter/pierce/crit combination on a single hit.

It's only one combat...it won't really effect anything

also: reckoning 175 = 35% chance to turn FI1000 into FI2000 if you don't have any other buffs on :/
Ahh...very nice...could be useful in scavenging.. hehe..of course you would think of that!! Awesome!! Also, with the extra buffs for enchanting shields and gloves and the extra damage that provides, perhaps prices on EW1500 potions will drop to reasonable levels. Better sell them fast!! lol

Why would EoC ppl need more xp?...do they want to get bored faster?
And lower levels do have the right to decide if they want to Sacrifice their gold for xp, no?
Top of the scale as in people who are power leveling, not necessarily just EOC people.
And of course lower level players have that right. It's still castable on other players.
I would gladly sacrifice X5 the amount of gold to xp in my hunt
But asking ppl to lose 43% gold to get 3.5% xp? ....i doubt many will do it
And the point of this buff should be to get less gold in the game....if those numbers stay, they missed their goal

I don't know if this has been mentioned...but all of these are free floating skills; they require no previous buffs. I would have assumed some of these have prereqs, and it's kind of a shame they're just out there in the open to pick and choose. Would have been a bit more intricate to link them into existing skill trees.
I agree. Try and makes these buffs a little harder to get. It makes the game a little more interesting.

Perhaps SE but their pretty much dead.
They still have to get the right creature in scavenging and then there's a chance it willl double and there's still the chance of nothing dropping.
Of course you might get a few super lucky people.
Also about Elites/SE's with groups, not many quick created groups to hit these 3 in a row will even be good enough to kill them without needing any buffs so that's flawed too.

depends on how many will use , there is a point to how much you are willing to sacrifice

i also kinda expected some buffs to be mixed in at lower levels that are thin on buffs, like 600.

9 level 900 skills? ... no other level has 9 skills attached to it.
Looks like good, thought out skills tho ... thanks! 8~)
oh and 1 other question:
WHY on Friday at closing time???
will probably be ok on this update but for future it would be nice if HCS would be around to support the eventual loop holes and glitches that are bound to happen, instead of leaving us hanging all weekend ... i.e. the 1st epic quest fiasco and Monday quick fixes
