I like the pink one the best...
just keep trying and experimenting with brushes and plain fonts. eventually you will start getting the hang of it.

I don't personally make avis yet, but can say it's a nice render, but the background is a bit plain and the font doesn't fit it muchWow thnks for the help anyone no text slapping good brush backgrounds buy no pen tool but..
Can you guys rate this and tell me then pros an cons plz
just what I got and remember I'm not to into this stuff I want to lean too hehe

If that doesn't work, there are some more in-depth tutorials on how to construct paths using the pen tool, and using paths in your signatures. I'd say the pen tool is the most diverse tool in photoshop. If you're making a signature, you can use it to create uniform or pattern based selections; or even add straight or curvy lines that match or compliment your flow. If you are rendering an image from a stock file, you can use the pen tool to select the focal apart from the background, which is actually the best way to render, and then there are many other countless applications for the pen tool. However, like everything in photoshop, there does become a point where if you rely solely upon it, you can use it too much, and it'll ruin the overall effect/composition of your pieces.
GIMP has a paths tool, which is essentially the same thing afaik.
