Pretty Nice

Only Thing I Can See Wrong Is The Effects To The Right Side
And Just Left Of His Face Are Too Sharp, Try Bluring Them Slightly

Other Than That Nice Job 8)

The effects in the right side isn´t a c4d, is a part of the bg :(
To erase it I´ll have to do a new bg =/

don't need new bg just use clone stamp ,and smudge with few filters should work fine

Edit: if you don't use photoshop then nvm might have to do new bg not sure if any other editing progs have clone stamp as i only use photoshop.

It's rather monochromatic, not that that means it sucks; but in the future, you should look at balancing colors with harmonies to keep the eyes vividly focused on the image and add another layer of visual depth.

As far as the avatar goes, I'm not too big with the text, is "GvGer" really necessary, won't people know it based on either what you do in game or what your rank or activity is in your guild? Also I'd recommend a bit of a different text placement, but that's just me.

Anyways, good progress with your avatar and good luck out there,
Xel.

This version looks nicer. A few things, when you are sharpening a cartoon/illustration like figure you should have your sharpen tool set to around 18-25% to bring out the lines but not to accentuate them. You also have a back and front light source, make sure that they both have an effect on the character as to provide better flow and balance. The colors and light really help out this one! Looking good man!

The second take on the avatar looks far more superior and better to me.

But I will say, it looks like you are completely hesitant to have any effects cover up any part of your focal. You can have bits of c4ds, brushes, ripping, or whatever other effects that partially cover your focal as long as they don't overpower your focal. Doing so even helps it blend into the piece as well as adding a bit of depth. Aside from that, it looks great, I'd let some of the c4ds behind his right (left side of the screen) shoulder show through his shoulder, and I wanna point out the shadow on his neck looks weird, like there is a pinstripe effect over it (and possibly suggest blurring that to an accurate shadow if you don't like that or want that effect).

Anyways good stuff, looking forward to any tweeks you are willing to make to it,
Xel.
