I'm trying to create a list of the various "always on" (NOT those that have a "chance" to activate) combat related skills that effect yours or your opponents stats (i.e. Atk, Dmg, Arm, Def, and HP). Included in this list are when those skills are applied and if the effects show up in the stats on your character page or not. Here is the list I have come up with. Please let me know if you agree or correct me if I have something wrong. If I have left off any skills please let me know and I'll get them added.

I think fortitude is in combat since on profile i see normal HP but in combat you'd see the increase

You might want to consider a slightly different approach with buffs.
example. Constitution, fortitude, nightmare visage and wither all activate "at combat", however the order they are applied is very important. Constitution and wither appear in the combat screen while fortitude and nightmare visage do not.
With this in mind however. the order is constitution, wither, fortitude, nightmare visage.
Side note, flinch and DC activate ahead of the buffs listed in combat
It's a good idea having the buffs listed how you have them, you might want to work on the ordering a bit too, to ensure that you get the math correct
