i only started using renders when i read the forums, b4 i always used actually pictures and cropped, especially in school,

The best way, is by using the pen tool. You would have to follow a few tutorials. But it is how you get the cleanest cut.

the pen tool? got a link to the tutorials? i am cool will following directions lol

i am using gimp but i looked over the tutorial and its the same thing as the free select tool in gimp. or as the paths tool in gimp.

channels is also a very good way to render something with flames or high contrast as well

im not sure about gimp, on PS there is a section to the right above layers, that says channels, u can click on it and it will show u the diferent colour channels in the pic, RBG... and sometimes they have more for the background

gimp does too. dum de dum i see how channles is applied in rendering i got it lol thank you.

i spent alot of time playing with gimp i may not be the best applying it but i understand how MOST of it works. practice makes perfect.

yes an avi that isnt as "plain" lol tho i think IB2SWEET likes plain tho maybe not THAT palin lol
