The bears are cleary overtopazed.. sometimes it works better that way, but not in this case.
Maybe if you blur the fx on the right and lower left, the tag would have more depth.
Not sure where the lighting's supposed to be at. If there are multiple light sources, make it clearer. :)

That's all. Nice piece overall.

Hate it, tbh.

The green c4d/fracta/whatever the hell it is. Makes the overall look terrible.
Would think it would look better if there were more serenity and calmness. Even if the two are playing/fighting.
I also hate the border. If it were to have a border I would just use the Single row marque tool.
at the top and then the bottom with a stroke of about 4.
As grunty mentioned the topaz killed it. It looks fake now.

I can spot the main light source (above the bear on the lefts head).
But it seems as if the lighting is going in the opposite direction of the flow.
As from the fractal you used there is also a light source at the bottom right.

The main part of this is that there is not clear focal. With the fractal/c4d over the bears.
The flow counteracting light sources.

I hope this helps you fix some of the areas you might have been unsure about.

New Version
Posted Image

Blured Some Effects
Lowered The Fractal's Opacity
Made The Light Source More Defined

Is That Any Better?

I would still like to see a version without the topaz.

If that would be possible.

lose the topaz bro...you are killing little bears (shame on you  ) and lose the c4d over the bears and the side borders...make it look more realistic...and I'm not suppose to say anything to make you better...I'm fighting you in the next GGT round...

If you used topaz well then you certainly maintained a nice depth.

I really liked this as soon as I saw it so i'll just stick with I think it's pretty cool.

Did you use layer masking on the lighting to make it so depthful?

v1 is without a doubt the best

That last one is amazing imo, but the color shifts seem kinda outta place at certain points. I'm really gonna have to step it up this round if any of the other entries are gonna be like this too!

Xel.
