But using the command line i get 223 ms

iwebtools.com is located somewhere in the US, by my quick research. Of course they're going to get good ping. (With that low of ping, I'm suspecting they're in the same city as fallensword.com is.)

Click Start > Run > Type in CMD and then Enter.
Little black box pops up, type Ping www.fallensword.com
and a bunch of writing will come up, look near the bottom for Average = Number here and that's your average Ping.
Mines 150.

Pinging is basically the first step to every page load. (Not quite, but we're not going to get technical here.) So, in essence, every time you load a page, the first thing the computer does is ping the server to see if it's there. The actual ping command comes back with a time, whereas the real page load comes back with the data for the page you want to see. So it doesn't matter whether you're actively playing FS or not. Your ping will be the same.Mine too, but I have no clue what that means
Good or bad, and is it the same if I do the test WHILE Im in FS.
