I have set the Recipe invent chance super low too. Not bothild low but still lower than most recipes. If too low, it can be tweaked up. I tend to disagree with tweaking down unless there was an insane error.



Very Good Idea Indeed!! This Will Stop The Flooding Of The New Gear And Keep The Arena Very Busy :D

I reckon a fair whack will be removed for a while. I really need this tool in admin to do it though. At the moment it's excessively time consuming to rotate prizes. If my request is granted, it'll become a piece of cake!

It Would Be Awesome If You Could Take Them Out.. This Way It Would Temp Smooth Over The Arena And Give Us A Chance To Get Another Few Of The Sets Before They Go Next Week :)

whatever it's at, it should stay at. i know i just about killed myself trying to make the first bothild set. if you had come back a couple days later and tweaked it up, it could make people veeeery unhappy.

keep it that way, please. You're going to get whining anyway, but look at the ward and bothild boots. People still invented them and they've held some emblance of value.... please, keep the rates low. Don't change it! lol

The rates are lower than your average invention but nowhere near Bothilds level. Those are insane.

How low do you guys reckon they oughta be?

Would depend on how good they are for the lvl, if so low rate is good.

As low as you have them is probably alright. Just trying to say, once you have an invention rate set, don't up it, no matter what. O.o

Bothild Low Will Be Fine.. or Maybe Something Between Bothild - Steamwork Rate

Please say that you're not going to base the rates on player feedback alone, or alter them simply because some people in the forum think they should be altered.

Lower levels will have higher demand for the most part, so the lower the level, the lower the success rate would likely be optimum imo. As in, the lowest level items would be at Bothild rate, and the highest be around average or the sub average or something like that? Im not an inventor at all so I cant really say from experience, but I do know basic supply vs demand lol :)

While new gear introduction is good,what about some of the more actual problems of the arena mechanics that've not been addressed for a long time


Non-move tournies are becoming more and more frustrating for many players. Either Attack/Armor sets beating each other in 2% miss JD or full Def suits relying on their luck to get a 2% hit

In move tournies,weaken activation is more of lottery than anything & there're multiple no of times when one misses with SA even after successful activations of Weaken,though it says SA enables the attacker to have 20% more chance of hitting

Can we please have SA activate based on the relative difference of one's attack & their opponents defense?
E.G: If my opponent has 4k defense,weaken should activate more often when my attack is 3-3.5k...if I've 1k attack,there should be very low chance of weaken activating

Similarly,PS impact should depend on the attacker's damage.....as it stands now,no matter how big ones' armor stat is...if they get hit by PS,it'll be reduced by 75%.
