My only wishlist... Double up the number of arena's so there's always a few open in your level range.. I spent the last two days analyzing, and more or less waiting waiting waiting. I did eventually win 3 but after many losses, and at great cost. I'm not complaining about the number of wins etc etc, as the avg is about right, but there's alot of time to kill on FS when the hunt is done, so why not expand the arenas in general... Double the number of active arenas would be a good start. A few different drops etc. I like it so far so I won't complain at all.

all id like to say is that armor setups have enough chance of winning already when arena alliances are in play, defense setups already have a 90% to 100% "chance" of not making it to winning a final when 3 or 4 people team up and put all their CA's in every possible spot a PS can go, i say make CA not trigger 100% of the time on PS and make PS reduce armor by only 5% to 10% per successful hit, two cents added :)

I dont know about the suggested collusion between players as to where they place the CA's, I havent seen that as a problem and I have many defensive setups (although not many that work LOL)

As to changing the behaviour of certain moves, I think this needs input from many more players. I appreciate yours Undjuvion and will give mine below, but I feel we need to see what others think.

Personally I think CA should activate on ALL spins, ALL Basic attacks, ALL CA's, ALL PA's and ALL CH's and Lunge; with no activation on Crush. why should spin get the extra chance to hit and an extra chance NOT to activate CA?

slightly off topic, but i think it would be cool to have a le event with the inventable items that are made from arena things, but make it in a realm that can only be entered by people who have won an arena, so as to prevent ah flood, and increase interest in the arena. once the le event happens, the recipes could be rotated out and they could put in new recipes that would use similar components

I think making any coin flip arena tourneys last until someone ends up getting hit is a good idea (for both armor and defense). So if the number of hits were tied, or if neither defense set had hit each other, the tourney would continue on until there was a real winner. Also armor sets with more attack needs to have a better chance of hitting armor sets with lower attack. Frustrating to lose when you have 3K attack and the opponent has 500 attack.

i don't see any problem with def set's where you have enough attack items .. the only lvl's where its quite not balanced is the lvl 200-400. due to the demons queen set and lvl 200 super elite set which make almost impossible to hit the def setup with attack..

when you don't have the attack items which can match the def there the defensive setup are ruling i think. ( i tried hard to find 4000+ attack for lvl 300-400 which is almost not possible with having a decent damage to beat defensive setups.)

lol...i used to use 5100 attack in a level 425 arena, with 1K armor, and i end up missing the other player while the other player 1 pointed me to death, i think defense is a problem there

Dont think that defense is the problem, there are plenty of attack items. Just the same, there are people who enter with max armor hoping to get lucky with CA/PS and/or 2% against defense.

Honestly once the cows changed the items and gold tourneys from only moves to the random sometimes there are moves sometimes there are not they killed the skill required to win, and I pretty much lost most interest in the Lottery of a non move tourney. THERE ARE WAY 2 MANY NON MOVE TOURNEYS!!!

I also do hate that having a good distribution of stats means nothing a lot of the time against people who stack either armor or def to try and get a JD

I was thinking about this problem and feel a decent compromise to make the arena more about skill and less about luck would be a steady decrease in stats.

Currently there are 60 rounds, I think for non move tourneys (possibly even Move tourneys) there should be a 25% reduction to BOTH Def and Armor every 15 rounds

This would make people have to think again, and make the better suits win a lot more often and not require nearly as much luck and would also make the odds of having a Judges decision go way down!

the thing i would most like to see is an actual response from HCS is pointless us asking for something on here if they dont even take the time to browse through it and let us know what they think so give us some indication guys or we will have to spam ur private mails LOL :)

Take out JD's period. Remove the judges, they play favorites it seems at times (in my opinion) Just have the arena run until there's a winner, some judges decisions are bogus and I know a lot of arena players have had losses due to craptastic decisions. I agree with the spin attack tweak, a player with very little attack and a lot of defense shouldn't get a 20% chance (lucky) hit against someone who has way more attacked stacked up than them. It seems also that entering at certain number positions net more wins, from my experience. Sometimes I wonder if arena judges a really monkeys pressing numbers 1 to 8 or 1 to 16. "The PvP Arena is an area where players can compete on a balanced playing field to prove who really is the best at PvP!" That statement is a total joke when people can copy your set ups, change it to where people can't spy on other peoples arena sets, and no I'm not a spy, if I was why would I ask for it to be changed. I have been spied on for set ups and blatantly being told so by the person doing it, more than once. Lol, I agree that someone else should fix the arenas not HCS, everything they fix, they break. HCS it's called beta testing......do that before releasing an update to anything.

really like this idea think it makes a lot of sense and it would require a bit of skill instead of the luck factor and also have more move tourneys as we all worked hard to get the dam things thats when u learn how to play arena winning ur moves

I don't know it it's just me but I think that the % chance of CA activation should either be reduced or CA itself should be fixed. Right now, I believe that CA can go through defence or perhaps even armor; It's like an overpowered spin attack. :|
