well you do have the "right" it is your guild and your items and your rules as a founder everyone else puts their faith ion you if it is misplaced or not is another story they point i was making was mon, tue, wed, makes no diff if a guild lead flips out the only hope a guild has is mutiny!!!!
"Oh really? If it truly was a 'hacker' they would be able to hack into any account, in time? No matter how difficult your password is...huh..You make me wanna buy a vault, and throw my account in it"
I am not arguing the point if it was a real hack or not , i am arguing the point you said he was the founder at the time and has rights
By what happened to Minsk , i am guessing you dont have the right even if you are the founder

"how would it make any difference if it was in teh middle of the week or the week end if the guild lead said f every one this is my stuff i am guild owner they do have the right it is the risk everyone takes if we don't like it there is always ...........not playing/paying edit here.......... that even though the guild founder didn't do it, and 'if' it is the guild founder who is doing it, the reason may be because alot of players are buying the stuff and sending it back to them ?" end rameses.
The difference is quite simple. During the week the response time is faster from the HCS to stop such abuses. Yes if I, as the guild lead said F everyone I'm robbing the lot of you and taking all the guild loot, then no-one can gainsay me, because I am the legal guild founder. However if the guild founder position is usurped by a hacker/close friend who has been given too many permissions, I doubt their reasoning is this :
"Lets screw the guild and see how much stuff gets sent back."
NO - they just want to make off with as many FSP as possible via proxy accounts.
I as legal founder, if I killed my guild - all I would have is annoyed ex members - and I could tell them that I contributed way more hours/XP/gP/FSP, and that the guild gear was ultimately mine anyway, so stop whining.
People have a right to whine when someone steals what they and their guild worked hard for is taken from them by someone 'OTHER' than their legally (per HCS) designated founder.
In this particular case I do not know the details, my heart goes out to SA, but my anger grows at HCS who do not react quickly enough.

I love how people dust off the word hacker when something like this happens.
Maybe, just maybe, your guild's founder wasn't nearly as benevolent as you'd like to believe. Maybe, they secretly were just juicing you for all the sauce they could get, and picked a perfect time to strike.
Think about it. Why else kick the other founder? Absolution. Deflection. Because 'hacker' sounds nicer than 'greedy player'....point being, hacking an account is incredibly difficult, while this....this sounds a bit too easy. A bit too convenient.
Be wary of whom you trust.
Possible, but your wrong. Conspiracy theory is nice but do you have any proof? Otherwise, your doing Slander to a good friend of mine. Think before you speak?

Now, I've had cause to complain about the staff in the game, but seriously, this game has never been 24/7 support. Just like behind every character, there's a real person; its the same for admins. Let them have their lives and days off to enjoy.
Hire more, you say? No thanks, I prefer they keep this game free for those who cannot afford to pay extra for entertainment.

If you told me 48 hours that my guild was going to be hacked I would have laughed in your face probably and said that is impossible. Nothing is impossible.

Secret Alliance was a guild that was in the top 250 a player who could've picked a random guild or a player who planned this ahead of time against my fellow friend arichey22 decided it would be fun to hack Secret Alliance and get rid of all our stuff we spent over hundreds of U.S dollars into upgrading that guild just to have a destroyed by some random person. This hacking should be put to an end its already to late for our guild but there is something that can still be done. The hacker owns the guild now why should he still be aloud to play a game if he is going to do something like that. Getting rid of that account just won't fix the problem he will create a knew one and do it all over again and maybe to Art of War (Secret Alliance's training guild) and who knows what else he will do, I only see one solution that can put an end or slow down this an IP ban.
Even though people doubt hackers and say it is from someones own greed then tell my why have we been a guild for over a year the guild founder was not greedy in fact he loved his guild and everyone in it. After I came back from the Army, it was over a year since I have seen arichey22 and he still showed me hospitality and remembered how i helped the guild, he was a nice person with respect to all of his subordinates. So no the guild was not destroyed because of the founders greed disagree with me all you want but it is the truth.
He did say 'if' it is the original founder doing it, so wasn't intentionally bagging your founder out, just putting the possibility of it. Otherwise, the most logical thing is that your founder could have 'unintentionally' given out his password, which he/she may not think has happened, but it has, and even though it may be harsh, the founder would have to take responsibility ~~~ HCS are always saying not to share any account information ~~~

Glad you support the hackers. Glad to know where you stand on this,. People like you make this game WORSE, IMO.
EDIT: Evolutions the guild is in favor of hackers. Maybe they should pay them a visit. Obviously, they doubt your existence and are mocking you guys.

I understand your point but even in your point you sayIn reply to Rameses -

hacked yes would suck..... but....... given too many permissions ...again relies on the hole "trust" thing .....then there is always the fact that if some ones does not agree with it they can quit....i have personally "donated" in the thousands(more money then sense sometimes)
(and when i say donated i mean bought fsp because lets be serious how many people have just said .....ahhh this is a cool game here is 20$ i don't want anything in return i just want to help you feed your young)
.....but that does not give me any more rights then the person who has plaid for years for free a few simple things revolve around this
1.) if you don't trust someone you can go it on your own
B.)Don't Share your PW ......
#.) for the love of god if you are gonna get so worked up over a game don't play it
ampersand.) remember this game was build for you to have fun not raise you blood pressure and make a vain in your brain pop
toodles

Hmm .. He clearly offered his opinion on how 24/7 support would affect the game, and showing understanding that the cows are human (lol) and have their own social lives (I think). How does he support 'hackers'?

If you bothered to read, i know that is a HUGE stretch, you would have seen that arichey22's password WAS NOT handed out, missplaced, told to someone, or otherwise compromised before tonight.
For God Sakes, where is the sympathy? I swear some of you would let starving people die outside your door versus sharing some of your food with them.

Yee haw, soapbox cowboy. How about you reign in your emotions for a second.
See, the difference between you and I is that I would never wish this upon anyone else. It sucks for you, to be on the outside, looking in, for certain, but you damage your own integrity by wishing ill upon others or doling out idiotic accusations based on forum banter.

I am perfectly calm. I think your a TOOL and are defending hackers. I am not hurting my integrity at all. If your not in "our corner" on this MrWright, then your Mr. Wrong, haha. I am free to make my opinion known just like you are.
You basically called my friend and founder a complete moron for getting his account hacked. It has happened to several guilds in the past few months. Are we to believe that all of these "hackings" are just founders being greedy?
I have a RIGHT to be angry, deal with it or log off.

first off why would they be starving outside my door.... and second off hell no i would not let them starve i would make them sign away all legal rights to themselves for the rest of their natural life to nurse them back to health and have my very own servant that i SAVED Oh and then there is always the fact that the way a person "acts" in a "game" might not be the same as in real life ...just some food for thoughtI don't think i read one decent point in any of your arguments @anyone in evolutions.

besides If someone were starving outside my door, they'd have been shot already for sneaking over my gate. We Americans don't mess around when it comes to property invasion lol roflmao

ahhh sad how valid points we where making have turned into slander by yousuperjoexd, don't waste your breath. For all we know, Evolutions are in on the hack too. They seem so passionate about defending the hackers that they themselves might be accomplices.
Shame you Evolutions. You have lost all my respect.
