Someone please help me understand this.

As a player or account holder, you are supposed to create a "SECURED" password so that other people don't know.
If your password is weak and got hacked, why does Uncle HCS have to bail you out?
If you allowed another player to have excessive rights into your guild and they took your items, why does Uncle HCS have to bail you out?

I'm always in favor of helping out others but there is a line of when to say NO.
Take responsibility of your actions.

Uncle HCS, you are located in England ... NOT New England so the BAILOUT bill of Obama's Administration doesn't apply.

Thanks HCS for providing me with FS to enjoy.

This post is not to insult or offend anyone, just trying to search for the meaning of life.

Sorry about bringing in politic but there is only 1 BAILOUT in real life that I know of. If online games has BAILOUT, then I have no where to escape.

Dilemma:
Escape real life by going online .. where do I go to escape online?

There is a log off button :D

I agree with your sentiment though, and this one we cant even blame on 8 years of republicans control beforehand causing the need for it (Kidding, stirring up trouble to show why politics have no place here lol)

I do find it a bit strange though... I mean, a guild was recently destroyed and yet HCS have done nothing but say, "not our fault" so to speak. However, not that long ago a certain high placed guild was also destroyed, and yet they got everything put back.... just... odd to me...

Glad you and everyone are awared of that.

Personally, I don't think it was ever right for HCS to step in to bail out a guild or player unless it's a failure of the game functionality. The event(s) was in the past. It's water under the bridge.
If HCS helps Secret Alliance guild, then when is the end?

Time to face forward and protect ourselves.

I have this thought that might sound a little crazy.
Is it possible that the hacker = the guild founder or co founder? Easiest way to get more gold/fsp/gears.
It's just a crazy thought and doesn't mean to accuse anyone.

HCS actually didn't do much for PANIC. The hacker gave back the founder rights and we barely lost anything...

Guild exp and items/gold/fsp are two entirely different matters.

And a bunch of threads fingerpointing and name calling towards HCS is _NOT_ going to help your cause. They deal with each instance on a case by case basis. Not all actions are undertaken in the snap of someones fingers, some take longer than others.

It's high time this was taken OFF the forums and dealt with via support tickets as per the required process.

Didn't you at one point have a scam going on where you were willing to "tutor" new players. Yet these new players had to make a "new" character and click your recruitment link....so you could work your medal and make FSP off of it?

I remember a few of your guildmates at the time getting banned. Yet you kept your character.

HCS helped you out as well :)

A now edited message that was a support ticket from Xakano

Hunted Cow Studios Ltd. judge every support ticket on a case-by-case basis, just because another player has had a ticket dealt with in one way, it does not imply that you will be dealt with in exactly the same way. Also you may not publish private communications from Hunted Cow Studios Ltd. staff members, or forum moderators without authorization.

So you think breaking more rules will help?

It took a long time and several phone calls, they weren't even going to give us the XP back, which was easy to fix.

Also on this note was before the guild could be locked down with Backpack space. Before HCS said screw you if you ever get Phished we can just kick everyone out of the guild and everything in everyones back will be destroyed in 48 hours.

What are you talking about?
One time when I started playing FS. Had 1 guy at LV 13 with date joined of 6 months requested to join. I didn't know it was against the rule to ask him to start over. HCS was aware of the situationa and suspended my account 24 or 48 hours for that. I accepted the consequence of my action.

As for guildmates you spoke of, none was banned. Check your facts.
So far, HCS has been faired in all the issues reported.

Other players stole my gears, did I ask for a return?

I don't know whether HCS helped Panic guild or not.
If they did, good to know that someone gained something.

Does HCS have to bail out all players and guilds?
When will the player or guild take their own responsibility?
