Can you actually DO a 0 stam hit I'm wondering? Has someone tried clearing the bounties that were placed for a deflected hit? If so, this means that people can be cleared with no consequences for a deflected attack. I'm actually okay with no consequences for an attack being deflected, since I didn't take anything from the victim.

I am going to find out if I can continue to attack this guy now, and since its 0 stamina, and he cant bounty me again, I might be able to 100 stamina hit him until my bounty expires..lol.. okay, so its a glitch, I am good at finding them, or so it would seem..

That's the way it always has been. The deflected 0 stam thing i'm guessing is an oversight or bug.Stamina used in attack must range between 10 and 100. (got that when trying it myself)

So how are people already able to gain quite a lot of Rating ?
Unless they are hitting a lotta lot and then also people with similar rating :?
I just can't see how they got it that high already.

Okay. We are gonna remove EXP loss on failed Bounty Attacks.
But the succesful defender gets PvP rating. So if someone who doesn't care about PvP rating takes a bounty and intentionally loses every attack, the target gets PvP rating and the attacker loses nothing (asssuming they stashed their gold) but stamina and a rating they did not want.
Looks like non-PvPers can find a market now for all that PvP rating they do not want:
Point farmers will be paying them to make inept attacks on the BB.
Sounds bad, but I'm not an expert on PvP or on point farming.

Forgive me, Regnier, but I am not clear on who loses what at the end of the bounty.
If a point farmer hires ten levelers to do as many inept losing attacks as they can on his bounty, does the point farmer lose it all when one legitamate BH finally clears the farmer? If so, giving PvP rating for succesful BB defense seems stupid.

After reviewing feedback, we have fixed an issue with the PvP Rating transfers during bounties, whereby players would lose and gain more PvP Rating than intended. Note due to this, any player with a PvP rating of lower than 900, has been set to 900.
Also an issue with deflect has been corrected whereby bounties had a maximum of '0' stamina.

One aspect of this change needs top be reversed. The loss of xp to a bounty hunter on a failed attack is a huge mistake for multiple reasons. One, it may kill bounty hunting. Many bounty hunters take bounties where they know they will lose several combats. By installing this update, you just incentivized bounty hunters to only take bounties of players well below their level. This will also create the effect of making most very high levels impervious o the Board since most hunters will take more damage in clearing than they can inflict in clearing. Also, for me, you just ruined the most fun part of the game for me -- which is clearing difficult bounties. I have spent up to 2 1/2 hours clearing people twice my level or more. By installing this update, you just guaranteed I would lose 4-5 levels clearing a bounty of that nature. I can't imagine that was your intent.
