Hi guys, a few days ago I was in a little fight with another player. I stopped my attacks cause they weren't profitable and I wanted to level a bit, but he attacked me several times more. Nothing important at all.

But so I put a bounty on him, and after the bounty he edited his bio in that way:

Should I report him? It doesn't matter to me to be his focus xD But besides personal wars I think we all should show a little respect for other players and not being so immature, it's just a game after all.

Thanks for your attention :D

If you dont want it there, it comes under unwanted attention. Unless you report it, how will the cows know if its unwanted attention or not?

Personally, I love when people put me in their bios or advertise the deleveing parties in the FSbox and such and never report so long as its not lies. It just shows whatever Im doing, Im doing it right!

From your comment it appears you started by attacking the other player and only stopped because you were not making a profit, then you bountied your target because his revenge attacks were interfering with your leveling?!... it therefore would appear your target's bio comments were bang on the nail.. you are entitled to complain about unwanted attention according to the rules, however growing some 'cojones' is probably a better course of action.

It's just pvp, calling you names over it is totally uncalled for. If it bothers you rep[ort it.

How? The OP never named the guy. If you can figure out who it is based on that picture, then you're MAGIC!

Still, that's from your own reasoning and merely pointing at your profile so people can notice your enemy list is fair game.....

I remember some players pointing out that their enemies are theives. Which won't get punished as long as you don't go all out in name calling

Hmmm.. possibly.. yet the OP was whining about unwanted attention, while clearly using the thread to draw unwanted attention (as demonstrated) which is hypocrisy.. especially since 'sucker' is not exactly an all out crushing insult or profanity.. now if he had called Shevron an a****t, I would be more inclined to agree.

Well, anything beyond being called a thief is likely reportable. Most PvPers I know of don't get upset by it though.... hell, I've seen some creative bios about me. lol

I understood calling someone a thief was also reportable.. since it was one of the misdemeanors that could get you listed on the 'Wall of Shame' back in the day.. and the 'Wall' was banned.

Since I don't PVP, I very rarely look at another player's bio, unless I am checking possible gear options on other players online at a similar level and then its hard not to read the bio at the same time.. tbh the only bios I have ever reported, were ones with an extreme right wing political message and avatar.

Quit crying. You attacked him first, and then backed out because it wasn't "profitable"

Your mistake. Deal with it.

If you want to PVP, then the cows shouldn't have to sit here and listen to every whine about consequence. Next time choose your actions wiser.

XD I only attack players to gain gold, not for wars, nor for anything similar unless the attacker keeps bullying me, which is not the case.

I usually don't attack players who have no gold cause I think it's a waste of stam (without considering PvP rating of course  ), and IMO these kind of wars - I attack you every hour with 100 stam attacks - You attack me the same way - I put a bounty - You put a bounty... they bore me, so if I want to put a bounty on a player the way he can't counteract, it's called a little of "strategy" and a way to stop nonsense attacks.

If I wanted to cry I would have reported him ASAP (and no, I will not report him, thanks for your comment KingTyrin :D ), he's just angry cause I attacked him when he was profitable and I ignored him at his first threatening message, nothing more.

If he wants to continue the war, it's OK for me, I will respect him and I'll fight the way I like, but I don't think that calling "sucker" (or anything a little offensive) a player is a good way to act. We don't need to do those things to "feel better"

Thanks you all!

I've had "Enemies = Buff Thieves" in my bio for years and no one's complained.

In a game with enhancements like master thief and thievery, the simple term "Thief" being considered derogatory in any way, if you actually PvP, would just be plain silly. Just as long as you don't throw out their name directly on your bio and use the same method admrl does, you'll be fine.

If it was that strict, we wouldn't have an enemies list. That could be considered unwanted attention. ;)
