My suggestion for the (uncrafted unforged)invented weapon would be:
Armor 1100(maybe a little higher if forn is feeling generous for the item being invented)
HP 600
Enhancements:
Use the existing list but also add-
Nullify
If you look at the Colossus, the first thing you see is the robustness. He looks battle hardened from war, something where armor would serve over def which would be seen from swiftness. He's a tough nut to kill, so the HP would kinda tie in with that as well.
The reason behind this is that it's the one type of weapon that is really missing in pvp. When you look at armor sets like Illuyanka, cherub, Shu Zi, polar spine, soul, farn org, deaths head, lord eltweirs, princely, heartwood etc the one slot that is free is weapon. Many of these sets work with and compliment each other. The one thing that is missing is the opportunity to boost your HP. There is a few items with minimal HP thrown around (10-30 well someone loved putting 15 hp on items lol), but really nothing significant. The flail of tuannle is the closest to a nice pvp weapon, except the HP is again too low.
This will also allow sets to be built and give a nice option of low damage should someone want to go down that path, which would in turn mean that the high HP could then save the person with the aforementioned statted mace(flail) from reflection. Throw in the use of EW 1k and potentially EW1500, and this will give a lot of life back to the armor sets in an area that has for a long time been dominated by def(2 Armor LE sets from 550-750 inclusive, whereas def has 5 LE sets). I see this weapon being in demand by pvpers, because of the edge it will give their sets, and the options it will open up. With how well other armor sets work around each other, Attack is not an issue. Damage is a variable that is very useful if you can manipulate it the right way with gear.
Players in the arena will then have a new option for when they stack armor, they can use a mace(flail) and potentially be more creative with gear.
For the players asking for an att/def weapon, there's always the weapon of ghasst at level 734 which is more than fine to tie you over till xind imperial

Recipe of Blue Infernal Boots
Ingredients:
1- Mace of colossus
1- Blue man of war sword
4- inferno hammer
Result:
Blue infernal boots
High attk/dmg boots
+100 stam
+3 stam gain
+2 xp gain
Yes, it would cost a lot, but it sure is worth it!
Worth it if you have enough Inferno hammers in the AH to equip a whole guild?
I wonder, aren't we all trying to do what is best for us??? I see PVPers asking for a PVP mace. Arena players wanting a +60 HP. Levelers looking for boots. Do I not deserve to dream? lol. And then again, I am not hiding buddy. I could've kept them in my BP.

Imo, it already has its uses.. and someone always goes after it, the only reason it's around for days is because no one is willing to go finish it off as they won't get a drop. There still aren't that many players that are level 700+ and even less that are 700+ titan hunters, which would explain the low traffic a bit. And, in general, players that are that high of a level are very picky with how they spend their stam. Eventually, when 700 becomes the average level, I'm sure it'll have more traffic.
I do think it's about time for some new titan boots, but you can always make a new titan for those.
Just my opinion.

Yes.. I'd say that's definitely true.

How about doing whats best for the game instead of focusing on whats best for you personally? A multifaceted Colossus Flail which could be changed via recipes over and over and all the parts to invent it are scattered around the game in different areas is the best option for the game as a whole. It doesnt just invigorate this particular titan. It invigorates many different aspects and sinks more gold than when Atlantis sank into the seas.

HAHAHAHAHA... Well, I agree with you. But why not make the other ingredients needed in those recipes items that have lost value when they do not deserve that. I mean making the Inferno Hammer part of that recipe would fix another problem which is the Inferno Hammer being outpowered by the L100 Javelin. So what I suggested is good for the game too.

Poll has finished. Some Awesome feedback eveyone, will pour over it all and get back to you.
Please Forn, go for an all-around fix by fixing the inferno hammer and the blue man of war sword. Thank you and waiting eagerly for your decision. Also, please let the arena be next to fix.

Inferno hammer is fine, it's the damn javelin that's out of wack.

No one said nothing about changing stats on the hammer. Just making it part of the recipe so it has some value as an Epic item. Who would invest more than $100 on an Epic in a game when it will be worth few dollars later on? Look at the inferno hammer and the blue man of war sword. they are worthless now! It's just not fair for anyone who paid lots for one. And since HCS are fixing stuff, why not go for a global fix! Or do u think it's better to downgrade the javelin?

Honestly, I'd vote for downgrading the javelin to what it was, right before the final boots.....
almost 600 damage on one item for a sub 200? lol
The hammer saw a year of being a very, very useful item, so it payed for itself to those who bought it for quite a bit.
it's just too damn saturated to hold any value.

The Hammer is a level 200 item, it should not form part of a level 700 recipe. If the concensus is that the Mace will be changeable with a recipe then it should be with items/quest around its own level.
Other Epic items such as Blue man o war and Hammer should be looked individually and disscused in a thread similar to this so that they remain in the level range they were designed for.
We dont want anymore 'quick' fixes.

+1 although it would have to be the uncrafted unforged stats, not the perfect ff stats, so people would have to forge and craft it on their own...How about this for an idea? Let the player choose where his points go for his weapon? Much like skill points or level up points they can decide where the points are allotted. Obviously it has to be controlled somehow and here's my suggestion. There will be a base set of stats depending on how many stats the user wishes to have. Right now the Mace has about 2200 total stats when perfect/ff. So if the user wishes to use to stats item (i.e. damage and armor) then each one of these would have a base stat of 600 so the user will have an additional 1000 points to use in any combination for damage and armor. If the user wants three stat items the base will be 400 base stat and if the user wishes to have all four then the base stats will be set at 300. In all three cases the user gets to use around 1000 stat points to customize his own weapon to his own playing style. As far as enhancements they could be divided up the same way. Just an idea.
