These were the guys I meant, not the ones struggling with the password rules  Maybe a link from the main page under the password one saying "Out of date email? Please contact support". Not everyone reads the forums, and if it is locking people out without letting them access the change screen you may lose some players if they were not aware of the security changes as they didn't log in today yet. Sure they may be more casual players, but still.....

We've removed the requirement to update the password as it was causing many issues with players.

Catch-22 there... You can't reset your password without your email address, and you can't reset your email address to a new one without being logged-in, which needs your password. How about players that just simply can't log in at all,
can't even reset pw, cause they have old email address on information?

So where are we now Hoof ? - those that changed their passwords are still on those passwords, and can reset them back to their preferred ones if they wish ?

And if you can't get to your account, you can't get to support either..
Most of people can't even log in here! Only ones that are set to always stay logged, like me.
Huge problems.

This has been suggested and rejected many times. (I'm not sure why, but it has.)i had to try three times using the link before i could get on then found out that my P/W was linked to the forum and the HcS service centre it would have been better to keep each one separate

They can change them back if they wish, however we have made a minimum requirement of making them at least alpha-numeric.
