Bad idea. Taking XP and rating from a PvPer via a bounty is the only deterrant non-PvPers have against being 100-stammed with impunity. Not all PvPers care about XP, and not all care about rating, so the BB has to take both or it becomes a bad joke. This has been discussed before.

Unless you have 100 stammed someone you won't have any rating to take. So the only thing taken will be xp. What we are attempting to get rid of are the rating traders. It would reflect who is truly dominant!

As of right now..its players trading points, hitting guild mates, and clearing multies or making " agreements" it's sad, honestly... there are few who actually PvP on the top or nearr the top of the ladder.. The way it is now.. if you DO pvp. gold hit, stomp etc... one of the others is right there waitin to clear ya. Hence I say make it 100 stams only.. gain rating that way... multies..dont have high stam or stam gain...friends might not like 100 stamming one another for " trade" purposes.. as compared to a ten stammer.. and allies who pvp wont stomp one another... Let PvPrs run the ladder... you want in? Stomp someone... hit the wrong person? bye bye ladder...

So the ladder would essentially become only for those who spend 75%+ of their stamina on PvP? A multi can spend 75 stamina per hour on PvP and not care about it, a real player has to balance PvP with other aspects. Also your suggestion rests of the fact that multies don't have high stamina gain, which is probably the case for the majority, but there is certainly a minority who are mildly upgraded. It feels like we're opening the door for abuse even wider-open is we force PvPers to spend 85-100% of their stamina on PvP.

It's a decent suggestion, but I don't think that's the proper solution.

just like it should be. Dominance is not who can hit the most level 5 players with gloat. No. Its who is dedicated, actually pvps off the board, regardless of risk. Those are the real pvpers - and so those are the people that should be on the ladder. Not the bounty hunter, they already have their own ladder.

regardless of 100 stam or not : a level cap is necessary,I do not feel very "dominant" getting pvp-rating from clearing levle 30 players..

That would simply eliminate people who level. Not multies, traders or anyone else. Much less rating would get traded and gloat and honor would play an even bigger role. In fact, it'd probably be even easier than now for multis.
