What is your role? Are you a PvPer, leveler or Titan Hunter?

So yeah, I'm a pvper.
Also, I'm just curious why levelers feel the need to point out that their leveling isnt hurting anyone. Obviously you arent, you're not interacting with people. Its just a mindless grind against things that wont react to your smacking, and dont really offer a challenge. I have nothing against leveling, but doesnt it get boring? This isnt directed at anyone in this thread, its just a trend I've noticed that I've been curious about.

I don't like titan hunting but I do it to earn fsps and tkp. At first I did but now the hunts are too long and boring. What is PvP? oO
I'd love to learn to titan hunt someday, seems like fun.....maybe after bounty crystal, that drains my stam now adays.. until then I level AND hit people..be it 10 stam or 100 stam.

This is why I differentiate myself from "levelers" often. I am a "quester." Sure, most of what's involved in questing is leveling, but, to me, the leveling is only the repetitive grind to get to new quests, with new objectives and new goals. I've heard that at level 400, a few quests are pretty much mandatory to continue, and I like that. Also, I'm just curious why levelers feel the need to point out that their leveling isn't hurting anyone. Obviously, you aren't. You're not interacting with people. It's just a mindless grind against things that won't react to your smacking, and don't really offer a challenge. We need more quests.

oh yeah, FYI posting on these kinds of topics has led to harassment (beatings) in game.... and I post clean...
I'm going to make a topic about how the level range should be opened even further and about how pvpers should be able to steal fsp from players when they attack them.
Then I'm going to whine and complain every time anyone with an opposing viewpoint posts on the forum, and tell them that they shouldn't post in my thread because they don't think the way I do.
That's posting clean, right?
Sort of... post what ever you like, start any topic you like (I'm sure stealing fsp would bring many out to oppose pvp though)...
if someone disagrees with your point of view doesn't mean they're whining or complaining... just replying to the posted topic...
is promoting pvp "whining and complaining"?? no just an opposing viewpoint... say what you like, just do it nicely...
if you want supporting comments with your ideas then I can respect that and stay out of your topic, but I will start another thread against your idea if I don't like it.... would that be ok??

Thank you...
Your first three phrases are spot on...
About your last one, there is no need to make a new thread against the idea, that's the entire point of having threads in the first place. If I really make a thread about stealing fsp, don't make another thread about it, just tell me what a bad idea it is IN THE SAME THREAD. There's no point to threads without discussion, both for and against the op.

I power leveled when I started, then I discovered bounties. I consider bounty hunting a gateway activity because before I knew it I was just 100 stamming anyone with 100k gold or more in their hands. I tried the arena because I thought, hey I'm good at making sets, the arena is about sets, what the hell. Needless to say, I was not very successful. That, and the fact that there was no real control over outcome after you entered the tournament made me stop doing the arena. I've hunted a titan twice. It kind of felt like leveling on speed, it was quick paced enough to not be as boring as leveling, but it just wasnt all that fun for me. I think the only thing I havent done in this game is SE hunting, and I really have never had a desire to do it.
So yeah, I'm a pvper.

good question... it's a choice and is entertaining (especially trying to one hit with the least expense possible and making the most of your stam)....
I especially like level/exp races with guildies and friends...
"one mans trash is another mans treasure" it's all a point of view...
