I have a follow up Question for the Level 1000 Buff Sellers - Hey Andy - Since you said you are using fsps to purchase the stamina with which to cast buffs - I'm just wondering... what is the benefit to you in doing that? Don't misunderstand, I've bought a lot of buffs from you that I needed and I appreciated them being available. But if you're not using the FREE stam that HCS gives you every hour while doing nothing in the game that requires it... where is your profit and/or advantage in selling buffs? I hope you don't misunderstand the question, and if you and other high level buffers are doing it as a service to their fellow FS Players, then great, and Thank You.

It just doesn't seem like it's very profitable to purchase stam with FSP and then sell buffs for the exact same number of FSP you used to purchase the stam with. If I were an End of Content Player with 30 or 40,000 stam, I'd simply let it build up (for free) and sell THAT stam to players in the form of buffs. At least then, my investment in having built up that much max stam to begin with would at least show some kind of a return. Or am I looking at it all wrong?

Back to the topic of the new level 1,000 buffs, I really hope that you look at the Teleportation Buff idea seriously. Seems to be one of the most wanted items.

I think he makes a profit on em. :P 1 fsp for a buff that takes 10 stam to cast, or 1.5 fsp for one that takes 25. I just checked a few of his higher level buffs, they seem to be reasonable priced to me. The prices will drop as more players level up.

(A LOT of words about making a profit off of casting buffs)

Nah...they already cost enough as it is, especially the 800+ Skills, people wouldn't be able to afford to buy them from people.

maybe if you guys didn't sell at stam cost, and instead sold below .. :D

most high levels consider their stamina to be worth 25 = 1 fsp .... not many sell lower for that reason

Then sell for cheaper, you are picky aren't you?

How can I sell for cheaper when I am using my own FSP's on Stamina to cast them on people?

Either people sell cheaper or lower levels don't get it, can't have both.

Easy Answer : lower levels dont get them .... lol

While it's true we do get free stamina, when you are mainly leveling with that stamina, and there is none to do, I have to "sell it" and get the stamina "banked", if I didn't and my stamina maxed, then when the new content came out I wouldn't be able to do it because I wouldn't have enough stamina.

To what you asked about why I buy stamina when I get free every hour, well numerous times I have had no stamina and people ask for buffs, and well...I have never refused someone buffs at any point, while hunting or even if I have no stamina, so I used my own FSP to add some stamina.

And to be honest there isn't as much business as there ones was, so If I didn't sell until it maxed it would probably leak anyway, and I wouldn't do that because I've always tried to help people with what they need.

Exactly the kind of answer I expected from you, Andy! :) I know that about you, that you're about as helpful as anyone I've met in the game. To be honest I did not take into account things like Buff Master helping you to save Stam when casting buffs, so the basic concept of my post is completely moot!! lol. I'd buy stam too, to help a friend or a regular buff customer if the needed something. I guess someone had been up too long and was not thinking completely clearly when they posted!! I do understand now.

if I was maxing out in EOC I would do 2 things all day: chase dreadlord and spank hoof for rating / prestige.

How about a buff similar to merchant or treasure hunter..except it is solely for PvP? since the gold theft rate already sucks!

% reduction to xp loss during combat,% increase to gold gained?

Fumble : decreases your own defense. Only for PVE. Useful for the naked kami hunters in some levels where best damage setup gives too high defense :P

Maybe a buff that lets you stop spamming the forums, lasting forever and costing 0 stamina?

I'd have to say... lol. Why? Because... the PvP severely needs work before it's any good. 'Cause bounties on rating only hits are the most stupid thing that can happen. if you get hit for rating, hit back for frack's sake!

And... where be them LV1000 buffs? almost halfway to 1100, and uh...

NO Distil as a buff, potion only
