The other two are just cheap efforts to opt outta PvP, but the last could prove somewhat useful for ppl doing arenas I suppose..
Actually attacker wouldn't have to lose..
The other two 'cloaking' buffs aren't directed at opting out of pvp, I think people would much rather have a preference option for that, its basically so you can't be copied or people can't work out what you're wearing from stats..

I like this...but I like it even better as an enhancement on gear. Would be cool for offline items/sets.

SKILL - (XP IMP) - (Skill Points set up exactly like IMP, Could branch it from IMP To get XP IMP)That will not allow Players to attack you and take your XP while For PVP or Deleveling purposes.
This Is not Deflect where you could miss. An XP or GOLD imp is lost after every hit from each individual Player. And Yes they can still be Placed on the bounty board!

Heat Scan: the ability to scan a map for one creature or creatures, another bad idea, The whole point of hunting is " LOOKING "...
Also the idea of shroud or hiding your stats while under attack lol I don't favor that idea either, pvp is difficult for many people already. This would only make it things worse.
However, I do like the idea of an offensive Titan Slayer buff (similar to SE Slayer),
A Special buff, Greater Lightfoot buff perhaps to help some out with a casting cost similar to SSI.
I think many people would like a buff such as Spell breaker but Defensively that worked for them while offline, something like erosion in defense that has a chance to remove our attackers buffs...
And as to improving pvp in general, well instead of using the pvp ladder to reward people why not use the TBH instead? If the TBH was used than it would be all about who cleared the most rather than who is trading points or stealing them the most... Just another idea as well...

Maybe continue with some buffs for PVP oriented players.. make it a small possible amount, but maybe have a buff that would give some of the XP stolen to the attackers.. maybe say 10-15% total.. would cause more attacks, more gold to be taken and thus more gold to "vanish".. call it XP drain or something crazy like that..
Another idea is to have a buff that has a chance to take no PVP rating if you are attacked and lose, and gain no rating if you are attacked an win.. have it a small %, maybe at level 175.. a 10-15% chance of activating.. would help some of those up on the board who get bountied/attacked a lot..
I like the idea of Heat Scan by the way

You cannot just say Teleport is bad without knowing the implementation, it could be implemented to include gold costs as well.

Doesnt make sense that players are stuck at level 175 from level 500 till level 1000.
Make it like so:
Player level 500 -> buff level 175
Player level 600 -> buff level 180
Player level 700 -> buff level 185
Player level 800 -> buff level 180
Player level 900 -> buff level 185
Player level 1000 -> buff level 190
Also, as many old buffs, put a maximum limit to certain buffs so that, for example, Deflect does not gain any more effect if is more than level 175.

I was under the impression that when teleport was first suggested (by the cows I think) that it had nothing to do with travel between realms, I thought you could only set way points within a map so you could warp back to them when you needed to save time and depending on buff cost, stamina. Was this not how it worked?Teleport was not considered because it affects the gold sink when using portals and does more damage than good to the game.

There are several approaches, I imagine the way point version would be the most likely (and could include gold cost).

Simple fix on the +5 or not on skills lvl.. only make all skills from lvl 1000 and up have this feature
things i like so far
Tunneler
Ability to pass through walls on a map (Walls must be no bigger than 2 squares wide, effectively moving you three squares so as not to ever be trapped inside a wall)
Heat Scan
a way to get a snap shot of the creature distribution on the map
gold converter-0.57% per point you gain no gold from creatures. +0.0025% per point you get 1 fsp every creature killed. works only with creatures of your level.the chanche of gaining an fsp is proportionated with doubler skill(with doubler 750 multiplied becomes 0,04, for example).
