As for new buffs, Teleport seems to be a popular choice. I would suggest that the buff merely teleport you to the nearest portal, rather than to any point in the game. It would still be useful from a stam- and time-saving perspective.
I also like the Passwall idea, except perhaps rename it Blink, allowing the caster to move 5-10 tiles in any cardinal direction.
Also, the Heat Scan buff, allowing us to locate mobs within a realm. I see no reason why SEs should be left off the list, especially with SE kills required for some quests. Exact coords of the SE need not be given, simply a message like "You sense a malevolent power radiating from the northeast quadrant of this realm." Or, perhaps a separate SE version of this skill, SE Scrier.
Lastly, rather than new buffs, I think that we should consider "Greater" versions of existing buffs that have less than 0.05% chance per point of activating. Greater versions would require at least 100 skill points (if not maximum skill points) in the base/Lesser version of the skill.

Especially because some maps don't have walls, they have water/lava/emptiness.

The idea is cool, but as far as a buff how would it work? 100% activation or just run at a wall and hope to go trough it and keep hitting the movement key till it activates?
Best idea I have seen so far is Sip to have a chance to save pots

and since we have skills to increase damage in weapons,shields,armors and gloves, why not in runes, amulets and rings?

.001 per point increase to the cap of enhancement.
This would give the ability to have 117.5% on enhancements.
I think this is a natural progression in an area that can be increased but not over powered.
Demoralize already brought into effect buffs that can effect level of enhancements.
Or it can be broken into 2 skills:
Intensify Defense, works for defensive enhancements
Intensify Offense, works for offensive enhancements
Or more then 2 skills:
Offensive skills
Intensify Hunter:
Banishment Small increase in damage vs demonic creatures
Beast Slayer Small increase in damage vs. beast creatures
Greenskin Slayer Small increase in damage vs. greenskin creature.
Holy Small increase in damage vs undead creatures
Oceanic Improved damage vs Aquatic creatures
Glory Seeker Increased damage vs. Champions
Intesify Offense:
Piercing Strike Chance to reduce target armour to 50% if successful
First Strike Chance attacker will forfeit their attack in the first combat turn
Critical Hit Very small chance to do double damage with a successful hit
Intensify Combat:
Breaker Increased Chance to damage opponents items (PVP only)
Disarm Chance to halve the current durability of defenders weapon (PvP only)
Duelist Enhances offensive (attack/damage) stats in PvP combat
Defensive skills
Intensify Protection:
Protect Gold Small chance to protect all your gold. (PvP only)
Protection Small reduction to the XP lost when killed in PvP
Intensify Defense:
Dodge Small chance to evade an incoming attack, regardless of atk/def.
Nullify Chance to reduce opponents damage by 20% if successful
Reinforced Armour Chance to increase your armour 25% if successful
Special skills
Intensify Thief:
Master Thief Small chance to steal all of targets gold (PvP only)
Thievery Increase gold stolen from other players when in combat
Intensify Buffer:
Fury Caster Increases the level of skills when cast on self and others(only applicable to certain skills)
Sustain Increases the time skills remain active.
Intensify Crafter:
Master Blacksmith Reduces the repair cost by a percentage dependent on the enhancement level
Master Crafter Improved chance to create better crafted items
Master Inventor Increases successful chance of inventing item
This addresses MANY things. Skill level caps. Skill duration. Leveling, pvp, crafting. You can restrict which skills it will effect or even adjust the effectiveness on the skills based on what's balanced for the game.

Nightmare transfers attack into defense, so logically wouldnt the sister buff be one that transfers damage into armor?Another Idea for a buff would be 1 That transfers Damage into another stat or 2

On the Level 1000 map, there is a shop that sells Equipment that has skills on it, designed for buffing usage purposes only.
Like:
Weapon of blah blah blah (+buff master and extend lvl200)
Shield of blah blah blah (+ability to cast any skill that is in the potion format I.E. EW1500, EA200..this would cost a substantial amount of stamina of course)
Boots of Blah blah blah (+3 free skills while the item is equipped, but once item is removed, the skills disappear)
***Stun 0 / 105 +0.1% chance per point to half opponents chance to hit. Take this as an example.. you equip the boots, and you get 105 skill points times 3 for free, so you can buff people with extra skills while the boots stay on ya.***
I believe this would leave the skill tree in tact so there is no difficulty in coding.
Sorry if this has already been suggested or is totally wrong for the game, I am still learning and just want to gage what people think about it..

Annihilate/Death Wave
.005% chance per skill point to kill all creatures of the same type on one square with one hit. *Note, if activated, you will gain no gold for this combat strike.
Auto-Deposit
0.05% per point of gold received from PvE and PvP is placed in the player's bank.
Banker
.1% (per point) chance to not use up a deposit when making a deposit
Barricade
.1% per point of damage is transferred to Defense
Cleave
(PvE Only)
When you inflict 2 times or more the starting hit points in the first round of combat and win, you have a .25% (per point) chance to gain .025% extra XP (per point)
Cloak of Darkness
Shrouds your currently worn gear from prying eyes
Cursed Ring
0.1% per point stat bonus
50% increase of durability loss
Cursed Rune

Death Trap

Early Pardon

0.15% chance per point that 10% of the damage of a player attacking you is added to your defense, (PvP only).
Teleport
Set beacon and Teleport to beacon. Both would require 150 skill points to be cast. Set beacon would cost 300 stam, Teleport to beacon would cost 100 stam. Beacon would always be set to where you stand at the moment.
Titan Slayer
0.1 % decrease to the titan stats.
Tunneler
Ability to pass through walls on a map, 1 square per 75 skill points.
