Help, I subscribed to lavalife but fail to get points.

After the 3rd day of subscribing to lavalife dating site as advertised for fsp. I contacted support about my problem. They told me it didn't get through, then they requested a copy of my receipt. I copy and pasted them my registration number and my receipt info that I subscribed to lavalife. I still didn't get my fsp.

Now they reply to me saying they will work it out in 2-4 days and return a reply, its already been 3 days and no reply concerning my problem.

This morning I called lavalife site about my subscription concerning fallensword, the operator told me they don't know anything about advertising their site in an online game such as fallensword.

I feel I am being ripped off by Fallen Sword advertiser, if all these subscription are actually real or fraud to get member to spend money to get points.


This is my receipt, which fallensword support seems to be ignoring.

No one on the forum can help you. FSP "rewards" are not guaranteed to work, and all issues must be directed to the advertiser.

additionally, it is against the rules to post about the contents of support tickets.

In cases such as this it is typically better to just cancel the subscription to the external site, seek reversal of the charges for the external site and wash your hands of it.
