In this latest game update we have added/changed the following:

3 New Skills!

We have added 3 new skills to the game, which are obtainable via potions. The new skills are as follows...

Cloak
Hides your stats (Attack, Defense, Damage, Armor and HP) and equipped items from other players for 'x' minutes where 'x' is the level of the skill multiplied by 3.

Distil
+0.1% per point increase to the level of potions used while the skill is active. (Has no effect on the Cloak skill)

Entrench
+0.25% per point of damage is transferred to armor at the start of combat.

The new potions will be available within the next hour or so via the 'Special' section of the auction house.

Guild Structure Mouseovers

The mouseover information for Guild Structures now appears when you mouseover the name of the structure and also the structure icon. The '[ ? ]' has been removed from after the structure name as it is no longer required.

What's happening next?

Tomorrow we'll be implementing new improved side bar notifications which will be more graphical and distinct.

Also we'll be updating the PvP Arena code to help ensure the Arenas don't stagnate.

Cloak isn't necessary. If you're hiding stats, you might as well hide equipment, or you're able to figure out an average of what their stats may be. As for the length, it would last 6 hours for a level 100 skill?

Distil is definitely not needed. If you're using a DC225, you're increasing it even more? So much for defense sets doing anything..

I do like the idea of entrench.. it's nice to be able to increase your armor by using damage.. sort of like NMV.

I love the Distil buff and can only imagine how Cloak will turn out to be. :wink:

A. "distill" is spelled with TWO l's. 8)


B. These will be permanently added to the "specials" auctions, right? Not JUST for the next hour...


C. .1% increase to potions DOES seem a bit high... perhaps .01% is more "realistic"?

@Kittles: level 100 will hide it for 5 hours. 3 x 100 = 300 minutes = 5 hours
Still seems like quite a strong skill this way when you're on the BB or clearing the BB. :roll:

At level 175 it will be +17.5%. Changing it to 1.75% will make it quite useless (except for only a few potions like the XP booster)... :roll:

Sorry still not thinking straight at work.. the numbers all mold together in my head.. haha..

Also seems like it would make it very strong when trying to defend against attackers in GVG.. if the attacker is using it

what does this mean will u be having a look at the mechanics of the arena.

Distil is going to make some people very happy, but if it's even around level 100 then the EW1500 potion becomes even more ridiculous - same with DC225, AL500 and Wither 350. Might as well auto level the richest players through each level with the 20% relics, 20% Death Dealer and now this!

The third potion looks nice.

Great updates except this part:-

Not really liking the sound of that at all.

The notifications are already too 'in your face'. An option to not see them at all would be nice.

Definitely have to agree with you there RJem.. the time for hidden gear does seem a little long for the buff.. and will last even longer if BrewMaster affects it..

Distil seems like another "win" key

going to be interesting to see EOC players climbing the PvP ladder from sitting on the board running the cloak potion ;) nice update (sarcasm) lol it isnt needed...might seem cool..but wow... not needed at all



Basically it forces bounty hunters to clear high levels in a suicide set..since it doesnt show what the opponent is wearing? Oo Is this potion going to work on the bounty board? If so.. LOL..its a bad idea hoof... BAD idea..
