It makes no sense to me that you lose the guild xp if u leave a guild and u have to take it again from 0. all the other games i have seen have a lock on guild/aliance/union xp that u take with u if u want to leave for another guild/aliance/union.
Haveing this option would come with takeing guild xp lock out that will make guild ranking realistic, just as God and The Devil wanted things to go around.
Anyway, knowing HCS this will not happen, but i really want to practice writeing in english and i never miss an oportunity.

It won't happen because it's a bad idea. Guild XP works just fine as it is now. If your suggestion would be implemented, some people would tend to level in different "friends" guilds just to get 'em XP that won't get lost if that player leaves from that guild to level in the next.

What other games?
and you don't actually lose your Xp.... the guild just loses 1 fourth of the Xp you earned while in there and no... I like it how it is now. It encourages being loyal to a guild... otherwise every high level in the game would shoot and drop a guild's total Xp when they come and go.
It just doesn't make sense with how FS works, nmc.
