I think the text would be nicer under his raised arm.

Under his arm is a really dark area. The text becomes too flashy there o_O

Much better, although i wouldn't have centred it like that.

If you made the subtext smaller then positioned it so the top text isn't centred i think would work best imo.

Looks ok as is though. Just an observation.

Yea, preference has a big part in it, personally I would have the two texts further apart.

When placing a text, better search for the rules of thirds and use it. Then look for a part where it looks best and kiu!

Moving the texts apart from each other splits the focus and thus makes the eye move around too much. Its almost always better to keep them together.

I think in this artwork though there is a slight pause between them, such as a comma but to blend in it is a return.

You've misunderstood me, I'm not saying the should be on the same line, just that both texts should stay relatively close to each other.

I have no idea where the text would look best, under the arm seems the right idea. I like it a lot though, over all. I've seen as many knights around here as anybody else lol, but the colors and technique on this one make that okay. It stands apart. :)
