Pvp point transfer should be removed from bounties entirely. It's called the pvp ladder, lets take it away from the bounty hunters and put it in the hands of the pvpers!!!1) What should be done in regards to the bounty board? (Ie. Should we still give rating transfer whatever level the target player is or should we keep the current new system of 20% or 10 level, whichever is higher)?

PvP is a part of the game as is the Excuse almost al PvP players use when they hit you, They say get used to it. Why shouldn't they have to get used to dealing with the hard ships of the bounty board as well? They choose to attack people by their own choice, So if they are bountied they know how and why they are there. If they are choosing to attack people then agree to the risk of being bountied, So why should they have an immunity to any consequences from the bounty board? No one forced them to make the attack, They even had to move the bar to raise the stam to 100 it don't move on it's own. With that said there should be PvP transfer from it. Below the Persons bracket could get more cause it is more risk for a lower level to attack a higher level, Same bracket gets normal PvP transfer. If they are above the bracket they get 1 point per hit, They are still losing some thing and not immune from being punished. If your gonna get all mad cause your on the bounty board then don't hit any one. Should not make them safe from being attacked. How ever if the one who is on the bounty board wins to stop farms of the bounty board and miss use they only win 1 PvP transfer not more.

1. at 100 you get a ton of epics available
2. each 100 levels often lead to new and better buffs so a 500 has a distinct advantage to a 499 as an example (higher level buffs and new buffs)

The key issue with having points with bounty's only stay in the brakets are
1. lower levels will only want to be cleared by high level players and counter the rest.
2. Higher levels will get Naked/no equipment and be cleared by lower levels
So that is why I thinkMUCH BETTER
for bounty hits make it so you can only gain rating from people in your bracket, however if someone takes a bounty outside their bracket the person bountied will still lose points kinda like a sink for points
will prevent cheating/colluding on bounties
love this idea.

Do not eliminate the rating transfer based on outwith level.
....and stop not posting my posts please.
so you wanna farm a level 5 on board for that rating?

Dont forget though, if someone stays right on the border of level 100 to use such a great set but still be in the lower bracket, if they lose their level they are now without the bulk of their gearO yea and 1 more thing I just thought about with the brackets, they should stop at the 99's not the 100's

(like if I went down to 200 I would run the risk of having averils and fushi knocked off me while online)

Agree wholeheartedly with this...as long as pvp is opened up within the brackets. Allow me to hit, and be hit by, anyone within my bracket.

The difference between 849 and 850, with regards to gear, is a big one. Doesn't matter to me as long as I can attack anyone within 20%/10 levels from my level within my bracket, bountyable of course.O yea and 1 more thing I just thought about with the brackets, they should stop at the 99's not the 100's

I think that this would be kinda to much for those that don't want to participate in PvP actively-also it would encourage farming..Pvp point transfer should be removed from bounties entirely. It's called the pvp ladder, lets take it away from the bounty hunters and put it in the hands of the pvpers!!!

if bands are implemented make it so no rating is transferred for a bounty that is not in your band ,or remove rating transfer completely from bounties.

2X rating point transfer on bounties I say.
OR
who ever completes said bounty gains "X" PvP points.
X - Bounty-ed person's level divided by # of hunters plus 20% of your level = PvP points awarded.
[Example] :: (100/4) + (100-20%) = 100 PvP points gained
this could work if there was also a formula in there to account for win/loss ratio in there as well.

True, but would you not agree that is seems every 100 levels its a big step in gear and buffs, from being 1 level lower?
I was just pointing out that its more fair to be 1-99 and 100-199 then the proposed numbers

1) Do you feel we should open up PvP a little with the implementation of the brackets? Assuming we narrow down the range of the lower brackets (eg 1 - 25, 26 - 50 etc.), do you see an issue with allowing PvP within the bracket range?
2) How should we handle he following situation. Assuming we have two players within the 101 - 200 bracket whereby Player A is level 110 and Player B is level 101. This would mean Player B could no longer attack a level 100 player under the new system. Does this seem ok?
