another bug, I just hit someone outside my +/-10 range and took a good chunk of xp
You can hit for xp upwards, unlimited, up to the top of your range, which is what makes this terrible.
Yeah, XP loss should go both ways equally within your PvP band
Why not keep XP loss as it is now (- 10 levels for down, up to 99 for up) for attacking. If you are attacked, and loose xp, it enables you to attack back for 2 days taking XP as you see fit?
Same as the bounty window.

I read you don't take XP if target is more than 10 levels underneath? Did not mention above, and I expected you hit off the board

The bounty board was not addressed at all, will there now be rating transfer only in the band and not the 20% level as before?
An attack more than 10 of your VL will only take rating,,,can it still be bountyed?
The bands are all in increments of 100,,was nothing considered in the actual percentages of players in different levels?
Protection,,this isnt needed I think there should be a symbol added to profiles or some way to show these playes pay for it, not just a line in pvpv stats but something like a large yellow chicken would be my choice.
I cant see the last ladder or any other than my band, it would be nice to be able to see every band let us help you watch the multis and PLEASE do something about multis or in a month the 25-49 will be saturated with them!!! (of course please wait till after I sell my 40-50 stuff for a huge profit LMAO)

level 640 trying to clear level 812 on the board, losing on purpose:
Moonfrost was infused with extra defense (Constitution).
Moonfrost was infused with extra armor. (Sanctuary)
celendais hits Moonfrost for 1 damage.
Moonfrost hits celendais for 2335 damage. (Reinforced Armor)
Moonfrost used reflection to increase damage by 1.
Last Ditch activated on death restoring 20% HP to celendais.
celendais hits Moonfrost for 1 damage. (Reinforced Armor)
Moonfrost hits celendais for 2585 damage.
Moonfrost used reflection to increase damage by 1.
Moonfrost was victorious!
celendais lost 191943 experience. << this is a 10 stam clear omg

It wouldn't realistic to stay under PvP Protection all the time due to the FSP cost.
The costs are:
10 FSP = 24 hours
60 FSP = 7 days
200 FSP = 28 days
These prices are ridiculous, for anyone concerned about XP loss. At those prices, you may as well buy XP lock.
So you're basically making PVP for XP far more attractive/possible, while providing no protection to those who don't want to engage in it.

also don't really like that at the top of a band, there are 99 levels worth of players that can hit you for xp loss, and 10 levels i can hit for xp loss.

This does, indeed, seem entirely broken - I'd wager not much thought went into it. Someone close to breaking a milestone, say 400 or 500 or 700, can be hit for XP by EVERYONE BELOW THEM for close to 100 levels! Utter bollocks, if you ask me...
that sounds fair to me because higher lvl = better gear, so dont bit*h about being at the top of the bracket :/
doesn't matter that much at higher levels. show me a level 799 or 899 or 999 offline set that can't be broken by somebody 100 levels below them.

This is dumb. It clearly should be possible to hit someone back and take xp when they just did the same to me. Regardless of lvl difference. Should go both ways.
