XMas Offer <- still didnt get my FSP nor anything else ?

Hi all,

The Christmas Offer Fallen Sword Points (and Allegiance Tokens) have now been delivered. If anyone is missing their Fallen Sword Points from the offer, please submit a support ticket with your transaction reference number and we'll get them to you asap!

This happened last year to. They put out a message saying they sent out the FSP and I had not got mine. Funny how many haven't gotten theirs, yet they sent out a message that one has.

You can bet I'll never get Christmas FSP again. If they can't do it right then I won't do it at all.

Just checked - all purchases registered with the servers have been sent out ok, so unfortunately any that haven't will have been an issue with the payment providers notification not getting through to our servers.

Don't worry though, please just submit the transaction reference in a support ticket (http://support.huntedcow.com) and we'll get it manually allocated for you. I'll be on hand for the next four hours or so to make sure everyone gets their points asap :)

I have spoke to many now that donated and not one has recieved them. Apparently no notifications were issued out this year when points were purchased whether it be for yourself or a friend.. so I would check with anyone you have bought for if they have had theirs allocated as they may not know otherwise due to no notifications...

I bought for lots last year and had to get them all allocated manually in which my allies still didn't get a notifcation. All I bought for just thought they had got FREE FSP lol... until I said no, that was from me.. but i couldn't prove it lol... so as you can imagine, I didn't buy for anyone this year.

If the same problem has happened 2 years in a row I can bet very few will donate next year now... Really not helping their business here.. it is such a shame to see things going this way :(

Also how do you know if you didn't receive Fsp's from someone who bought fsp's for you using the X-mas offer...since its a gift and you don't know about it?

I was a little wary when there was no notification after purchase, guess I should have seen this coming based on that, hopefully you can work through all the tickets quickly.

Thats the problem, I doubt I will catch the person who bought for me before she leaves for vacation. I dont have that number. Ah well I guess its the last time buying fsps then.

As irked as I am..... the cows aren't the only ones being hit recently. Other games, Skype, and whatnot are all having problems..... Skype is borked at the moment, actually.
