XMas Offer <- still didnt get my FSP nor anything else ?

I don't have any transaction reference number, is that mean i will not get my FSPs?


If you bought FSPs, you should have a receipt with that number on it. If there's no receipt, then you may have not been billed. Double check your bank account before sending in a ticket.


I did have a reference number but i closed the window, and impossible to get it back

They email a copy of the receipt to the email on your FS account

Good luck then :-/ Might be able to send a copy of your bank statement in or something if it shows the purchase, or call your bank and they can probably get the transaction ID for you.

We're answering tickets within two hours at the moment - currently just under 300 tickets in the queue now - working as fast as we can!

First of all, let me say Thank you Hoofmaster and your staff for working overtime to handle this for us. I really do appreciate it!! I am sure that you will get everything sorted and people will be using those FSPs in no time flat. Thanks again for your hard work. I just sent in a ticket so I suspect by the time I get home tonight things will be worked out. By the way, if anyone paid for their fsps through credit card and you don't want to look through all of your emails to find the confirmation, just type in "worldpay" in your email search and it'll come right up. Your FS account is linked to an email address. When u make a purchase, they send confirmation to that email address. You can find this email under your preferences tab. If you no longer have this email, then I dunno.

Thanks for letting us know you're working on this Hoof. A few friends let me know they got there orders.. so thanks again :)

Hopefully in the future there is some way to prevent this problem from arising next year.

Any orders that got notified to our servers got delivered correctly. It seems that some PayPal and WorldPay orders didn't get notified to our servers for some reason - hence we're having to allocate them manually.

Don't worry - I'm going to keep working until I've answered all the support tickets :)
