I notice people complaining about posts that replicate previous posts. If FS had an faq (frequently asked questions) page or site, this might solve replicated posts.
my 2 cents.
What do you think? You can use the poll !!
Does FS (and/or other HCS products) need a faq page/site?

It's funny you ask this question. When I started playing there was an official mini, yet incomplete, tutorial page that gave some info. That was three years ago and it hasn't existed for a long time. When I wanted to know something game related that wasn't in the game or the mini tutorial I would send a ticket and back then support would usually be answered by Hoof himself or another original team member. Playing experience has taught me more then anything else.
I think instead of the devs trying to keep up with how the game works in a tutorial or by descriptions which are typically mediocre at best, the devs would rather have players use the forums to ask questions. Repeated posts aren't so bad as long as they are questions about HOW the game works rather then suggesting a way to circumvent the way the game works, something that occurs all to often. The only problem that I see is that many times players don't bother to use the forum. It takes time and can be intimidating if you are not familiar with it. Language is another barrier. Over time, again, players learn slowly about the game and the best ways to use its forums.

Since I continually see the same questions and topics posted even when other threads dealing with the same issue are still current I have to say I think an FAQ page would be useful to a very small minority that actually take the time to read before posting but it would be ignored by the vast majority of players.
