I know it's a bit late but here it is anyway:-
Stealth: Gives the ability to move around the world map unseen, also if attacking another player, you cannot be seen or identified by the recipient. Duration 60mins.
An advanced cloak form really. I love the idea of not being identified though=)

I agree. Stang's idea is great! I hope the devs have left a little wiggle room to allow for a new buff idea that increases Hell Forged stats. It kills two birds with one stone. A no brainer to me...a buff or some sort of a change to the hell forging system that would add additional stats to hell forged higher level items would be a great idea. It won't make the items over powered but will make it a nice little bonus and actually worth the hell forging price if there were a little extra benefit. I like the idea of a Hell Forge Bonus Buff however you come up with it. Great idea!!

Mid-March? Wow...first it was Mid-December, then right after the new year, then mid-March. If you don't know when they will be released just tell us. There is no point is telling us, getting out hopes up, then changing what you say.
You forgot "soon" , I think that was August

Honestly, I don't really understand why you guys are so upset that there are no "level 1000 buffs" yet. Other than the fact that you would like them so you can make a profit from them, How many buffs does one person really need? So we have to wait until mid march now because they want to make sure that they select the right buffs and that they are implemented correctly. Will the game really go "kaput" just because those buffs aren't ready yet? I don't really think so. Wouldn't you much rather have the new buffs be done correctly than rushed out in a way that will ruin the game? All of the complaining in the world and all of the finger pointing and the "you said this", "you said that" will not change the fact that the buffs are indeed coming in March. Nothing you say or do will convince Hoofmaster to release them by Valentine's day instead of St. Patrick's day. so why don't you all get back to the original intention of this topic and discuss the buffs themselves rather than all of the absolutely useless complaining. Making complaints is only worthwhile when you can effect a change by doing so. The complaints in this thread accomplish nothing. They're just venting. Let's get back to discussing the buffs please. Thank you.
To be honest, this game is their job, their "cash cow" so to speak. You would expect that if they spent all day working on it every day of the week it wouldn't take months to get some programming done.
That' being said, one more suggestion for a skill:
Twilight: xx % chance of your name not showing in the logs after attacking another player
If it activates, your target sees in his or her logs they have been attacked, but they don't see the attackers name and therefor can't bounty either.
Should make pvp interesting: if it doesn't work, everything remains the same, you can get bountied and everything, if it does, you get away with it and basicly got a free hit.

Changeling changes armor stats to defense stats for x amount of time offline protection
metamorphose changes defense stats to armor stats for x amount of time offline protection
both armor and defense people would be happy something like Nightmare Visage

you completely miss the point. Without PvP, the aforementioned gear would not be in the game. :. this is something positive PvP brings into the game for Levelers.sekhs, helhearts..

those sets are _PvP_ sets, but coincidentally work as part of optimal hunting sets.
