Cloud seems to be a little blurry, and the c4d looks to distracting.
Try to duplicate the cloud render several times, and smudge most of the layers to add some depth, making sure to put some of them on different blending modes. For the c4d, if you use them, try several different ones, and put them on different blending modes, and erase what looks bad. You could also add lighting by using a 100px soft white brush and brush lightly where the light would come from on your focal, because right now it seems to be coming from the right of cloud, but your light source is to the left.
