For your consideration

First is GvGs, Raising the cost isnt working and all I have seen all weekend is griping about it. BUT there is a very real problem with RP cheating to profit and the fact some guilds feel there should be some way to protect themselfs from participation, therefore I suggest these things
Return the cost to a standard amount, it was graded before and didnt work then, all thats happening now is cheaters are going to outside messagers to set up hitswaps and rating drops
Do more about multis (see below)
Make it 7 days before another can be initiated against the same guild
Make a new structure, any name is fine but ill call it the chicken shack,,for 25k or more a hour your guild cannot be attacked in gvg, you cannot put this up within 24 hours of a gvg and cannot start one within 24 of taking down although you can be initiated against. This will please the guilds demanding protection as well as players who feel its not deserved or needed.
Make new RP rewards, its comming up on a year since the old ones and its a much needed upgrade to keep up with titan rewards
PvP
The 10 level range thing isnt working, I have seen hits at 100 take 5 and a hit against a player of similar level and rating get 3 for a 10. There are examples of things like a player failing on a bounty attack that loses no rating but is in 100 of the target and the emergance of sappers, players who are hitting from the bottom so their guildmate can maintain a top slot and the player hit has lost WAY more than they can get back on regular hits as well as hits on the player that hit them first.
Do more about multis (see below)
Offer new pvp protection instead of just upgrades, like prestige there should be a button that you can just turn off pvp with,,this should come with a heavy penalty. I reccomend that a player who opts out of pvp should be penialised their exp and gold with a modifier. A suggested amount would be 25% of each, this would take before tax and would be taken off the final amount in the case of doubler or other buffs. This cost is high enough to satisfy the players who feel no protection is warranted and available to everyone and not something you have to get FSP for. If pvp is turned off it can be turned on but will not begin untill the next pvp reset, on the other hand if activated it removes the player from the current ladder.
Multis
This perhaps is the biggest problem in the game right now. Every update there is found some way to cheat and manipulate the rules so more updates are needed to fix the symptoms of a disease but not addressing it. From GvGs to pvp to everyday gameplay mutiple accounts are throwing the playing field into a slant that frustrates the players who do follow the rules.
I suggest more be done about this, I do not pretend to know anything about coding and im sure there are pleanty of ways to fool anyone with different IPs or other things so mutiple accounts can work. No matter the means as long as it puts an end to the widespread use of multis its going to be better for the game in the long run than update after update to try and confound their in game cheating. I also feel that more shoudl be done when caught, I feel not only should ALL accounts be termed but if they are guild founders the guild should be dissolved, I feel that any mutiple account that is caught should be investigated more into what they did with them and when its found that guilds or other players got significant benefits from it they should be penalised as well. a great example would be strip a titan reward if its found a set of multis gave the extra kills needed to go over the half.
Just my 2gp all wrapped into one very long post thanks for your time

I know that HCS uses an IP address detector. My wife and I both play. We have to send copies of our id's, and proof of residence. If I remember correctly, the confirmation reply on my ticket to get the wife approved said my ip was removed from the list. If this is correct, I could make 10 more characters and never get caught. Would it be better to remove account names that have been verified instead of entire IP addresses?
If they have other ways to detect multis I didn't know about them, so I am sorry in advance if this seems simple.

I like the new gvg changes, but could use just a few more tweaks. I was going to start a thread about multis, but since you have, we can discuss it here.

We do not remove IP's from the clone detection list, only accounts, we never stated that your IP was removed (have double checked your ticket). All IP's are open to scrutiny.
