Well i think Drop rate with Fi1000 should back like before on elites and champions atleast ...

Yep I have mentioned on numerous occasions in full and very in depth as to why Elites and Champion drops should be increased... many many posts out there..

I don't think they should be made easy to get drops from but currently, it is ridiculous!!!

I don't think that yelling in caps is needed, however, increasing the drop rates of creatures is. It doesn't have to be a lot (except in special cases like Seal of Fire, a single creature with ridiculously low drop rate in a large map). Or how about changing the FI % to 0.2 or 0.3 per point?

It's also about the little things, for example, Trun Smith (Champion) drops 3 items - Trundite Ore and his 2-piece set; however, the Ore is also dropped by the regular Trun Smith. Why not make it so the Champion only drops the set? No one's going to kill him in order to get the quest item, if it can also be obtained from a regular, abundant creature. When I tried to get the Braces today, I was able to get 12 items with around 2800 stamina, and 7 of them were the Ore (using Reckoning 175 + Find Item 1000, and no other buffs affected by RC) - these 7 items could've been -useful- Braces, but I was only able to get 2.

That said, I wouldn't like the drop rates to return to pre-FI "fix" level. At least now a drop is some kind of accomplishment (however small), and to farm something you need to use tactics like RC+FI and no other buffs except SSI/CA to maximize your chances. It also brings back some value to items.

Drop rates of normal creatures was ok for me... with FI1050, yes a lot less than normal but that's good, don't want to be flooded with shitty drops..

However, Elite and Champion drops rates need tweeking still...



i disagree, I think that the common items drop rate is even low - its nice to be able to get all the items from a monster while leveling and u can pick and choose what we want to keep. Obviously not getting flooded by items is a good thing, but there needs to be a middle ground

FI shouldn't be needed for casual leveling, common items should be common. The last time i leveled i used fi1000 and only got a handful of drops, <<< that's not right. FI1000 should be an overpowered potion for when you really want something, not a necessity for everyday game play.

good start - now can you do something about the seal of fire? and other elites i similar circumstances? Heck even allowing multiple seals to show at one time would be a solution of sorts

Seal Of Fire is a Legendary if I am not mistaken.. this should be very very tough to get drops from and not be too easily accessable.. if it was then the value of it's drops would decrease and the market would be flooded!

But, yes, Elites and Champions still need looking at.. these are NOT on the same scale as LE's and SE's.. yes the drop rate should stay fairly low but currently it is not proving at all wprth while hunting the Elites down for their sets, fun and enjoyment of doing this has currently been lost.
