I like relics getting nerfed but is this really right:

Attempt Empower (222,200,000 Gold)


it was about 6.5 mil for the xroads, and 4k upkeep.
did a travel to blue chasm, it was 3k upkeep, not sure about empower cost.

way to much for only +2 stats and would be very expensive to hold several.

hmmm taking relics back in style ...? 8~)


We've tweaked the costs. They should be reasonable now :)


No one will pay 22m for 1%.

I sure hope that you guys are gonna go through ALL of the relics currently available and change the bonuses from the current 1% right now to 2% or 3%...


Now there is an possible fix

Yet again a only handful of players complain on the forum their gaming is too easy and the rest of us have to pay the penalty!!!!! If it's too easy then hunt naked without buffs and leave the rest of us to enjoy ourselves!!!!!

Why bother updating how useful relics are if you are going to knock them back down to nearly as useless as they once were? Consider leaving them at the original costs you had them at, and upgrading the max to 5%

nerfed relics sound nice, but current empowerment prices sound like a joke.

how is the cost to empower/upkeep calculated?

and wheres the gold for previous empowerement gone?? :wink:

I like the lowered empowered rates for pvp and leveling aspects especially... but gold sink is now gone lol. How about a max of 10% for a relic and 10% total to all stats? ( 2 empowerment levels.. 1% or 10%) which limits guilds to only having 1 relic?( or a few at 1%) and this gives many others the chance to fight for a relic, and if a guild doesnt stack defenders on their single relic... then anyone can take it.

Also like the hourly cost...about time for it.

so relics are relatively useless again, not worth keeping since none are gonna be able to keep 5.

Wasn't their an in-game poll asking whether the relics were over-powered and the majority opinion was that they were not? In addition, this is going to have a huge impact on the smaller guilds. If the larger guilds go off and grab more relics in order to get a good bonus to their stats, then that will mean that there are fewer relics for the smaller guilds to be able to get. Granted the larger guilds will have to spread their players out more, and so there might be more relics changing hands, but even so I think that a lot of guilds will be left out in the cold. Also 25M+ gold plus 240k+ gold per day for upkeep is still a bit steep for only 1%.

Hoof have u all lost ur minds? You want us to pay to empower 1% way more then it cost to get to 10.. and then pay an hourly upkeep now?

You want things more fair? Make 1 relic give! 10% then base only the upkeep on# of members.

This will do 2 things

1. More relics availbale to more guilds
2. Make costs more appropiate to those benefiting.
