the gold cost is a bit high. for even some of the richest guilds.

Gain bonuses should NEVER increase with empowerment.

Stat increases... fine. I'm of the opinion 10% is a nice MAXIMUM for the entire lot of relics, no matter how many your guild has... but that's just me.

The biggest change that i can see is that some of the power levelers will be leaving guilds that had the 20% bonus. The only reason they are in the top guilds is so they can reach EOC faster. Now smaller guilds will have the same assets and a better chance to recruit some of these levelers. I think its a great improvement to the game

How do you figure that? Do have the FULL complement of leveling, Arena, or PvP gear fully Hellforged like they do. Have tried forging out an item of level 1000+ yet?

Well, ( and bare in mind I am *not* familiar with how relics work) if you want to give the smaller guilds a more equal access so to speak, why not simply distribute the ability to hold particular relics by guild size and/or ranking?? Then evenly distribute those restrictions over the entire set of relics?? That way even the fighting over holding the relic stays somewhat fair (or at least more fair than it is now?)

Is there also a restriction on how many can be held? Then lower the number allowed??

Just ideas.....

ok i try to be constructive:

1) 10% cap might be good, when hunting a 20% bonus is often (almost always) not needed, so not much difference; in PvP a reduction is probably good

2) bigger guilds now have to hold more relics (4) to get full bonus, this is not good: they will do it, and this will make the number of available relics much lower, so it hurts smaller guilds

3) upkeep cost can be good, but its a disincentive for smaller guilds to actually try and hold relics: it should be related to the number of relic held

4) i still think that 3% is too low, maybe a 5% for the 1st, 3% for the second and 2% for the 3rd is better (it also reduces the number of relics you have to keep for full bonus)

Totally agree on 5% being the right amount... helpful, but not overpowered.

As long as the 10% maximum is kept, I don't have a strong opinion on how it's distributed among relics. Can be some interesting economical perspectives to it all with upkeep/break even for stam cost to keep one but that makes me go *zzZzZzZ*

Max of 10% fine. The rest of it is complete garbage. I usually give you guys a chance to prove me wrong if I disagree with an update, but this one was so poorly thought out that I cant even believe what I am seeing.

You are listening to those players who have everything in the game. You are not taking into account that the VAST majority of your player base does not have all the bonuses that some people have paid for like overpowered gear, etc. You have just further widened the gap between rich and poor within this game and you are killing it.

As several have said before: Raise the empowerment level to 1%, 3%, with a max of 5%. This would mean the smaller guild would stand a chance of holding relics. Right now many of the top guilds are going to try to hold 3 relics rather than the 2 they held before. This causes a reduction of available relics for others to take and hold, this means that the smaller guilds will have less chance of having and holding relics. It causes a great imbalance in the game.

I think the holding cost is fine although it could use a small reduction in cost.

Also why does HCS continually refuse to listen to the majority in the game and consistently listen to the small number of people who are looking for their win buttons rather than do the work that should be required to do well in this game? Look at this thread for example and you will see the majority of the people on it are against many of the aspects of this update. Not because they are selfish but because they care about the direction the game is taking. Many of those people have been here since the conception of FS and have worked through leveling when the game was harder than it is now. I think they deserve a voice in this game and you are refusing to listen to them and many others.

Mad as it sounds, the majority are not in those guilds for the 20% bonus ;)



I know of 6. That is the only reason they are in those guilds. Otherwise they feel that the PPL at EOC are pompus jerks.

We are not a PvP or arena guild. What Im talking about is the PPL 700-800, and yes we do have the gear for leveling
