Making the item guild tagged automatically makes sense - we'll look to implement this in the next update :)

Thanks Hoof! :D The only problem is - what if the guild has not bought the 'Enable Guild Tagging' upgrade?

Hmmm... I guess it would only tag it if the guild has the upgrade?

Yes its a guild activity so should be a guild reward. Goes straight into GS as tagged.

But what i cant believe is that this guy waited for it to land in the mailbox, took the item (not stole as he had every right to take it) and left the guild, then somehow you get the guy termed and your item returned. Is their more to this story? as i cannot see anything wrong or against the rules as to what he did? I know its not morally a good thing, but come on! I had to visit hospital late last year with an emergency and lost hundreds of FSPs in AH items i bid on, and won, but could not claim in time. i put in a ticket and got the answer of basically you are screwed we can do nothing. So please tell me the full story, it must be good :)

mm fyi the reward goes directly in gs not in guild mail for a secure drop ,i dont remember for 1 that you buy,and when your guild work hard to get the reward and someone wait for the reward to come in and take it and disapear whit it , i see something very wrong cause it was a thief .

How about going a step further and making them bound to the guild that wins them? This would encourage guilds to fight the titans, and stop the profiteering on the items.

Profiteering is probably the only reason most guilds actually hunt titans. If the rewards were bound, a lot of guilds would not want to hunt them.

making rewards bound would create a challenge for inventing, such as colossus, aether guardian and dragonbane drops.

Okay, so just say a small guild with 10 members has 5 pairs of Ogalith gloves. Why would they go Titan Hunt for another pair, which they would not need?

Honestly, I think an exception should and can be made for the titan drops. Just because there's nothing they can do to get it in time from someone who has a fast connection and just sitting there waiting for it. This will cause a whole lot less drama for you guys and us players.

The difference is, this can not be helped. It goes into the guild store/mailbox right after the titan is dead and no one has a say about it. Only way to counter it, is someone aside from a titan hunter sitting there for the last 10 minutes constantly refreshing and hoping his page loads faster.

Regular items being filched because of negligence is one thing. But something like this, which is an oversight on the cows part, needs to be taken care of.

Adding TKP to buy rather than the item in the guild mailbox is a good idea ... I like it.

Guild tagging the drop is an annoyance - Melyana and I hunt as a team, and we've donated plenty of the Titan Epics we've earned to the guild, but when we want to sell it, having to get it untagged first is a pain. And the whole guild-not-having-tagging-permissions thing is a complication that invites bugs.

Every guild has the ability to control who can use TKP. Well, a Titan drop is just a big bundle of realized TKP, right ? So rather than actually delivering the drop, add TKP equal to what is needed to "buy" the drop to the guild's total.

Example: Bushido currently has 7649 TKP in its Fuvayu balance. The Fuvayu item costs 10,500 TKP. So if mel and i go out and secure Fuvayu, add 10,500 TKP to the balance, bringing it up to 18,149 TKP.

Problem solved, using mechanisms that are already in the game, and without complications -- including the no-emptyslots-in-the-guild-store problem, or the guild-mailbox-timeout problem.

Please add this option to the poll, johnagod. Thank you.

Very good, and more importantly, SIMPLE, solution to the problem ..

Agreed, adding the amount of one Titan item to the TKP seems the easiest way to go about this, as allocating TKP is already part of the titan set-up.

Had to laugh though, this thief happened to also have multi-accounts, but no one reported him then, until he thieved?

We didn't know he had multi-accounts before he stole them. About a half hour after he stole them, a level 22 with no gear had a pair of Skaldir Boots in the AH. We then knew he was a multi, and he admitted it to us.
