On Wednesday the 17th of August, we shall be releasing the next 10 levels of content for Fallen Sword featuring all the new items, creatures and Quests you've come to expect! This will take us all the way to level 1210!

Soon after that, the portal to the Story Book Forest will re-open, complete with new Quests of corrupted stories! All new items and storylines across several levels as well as the classics!
Well not what the specific event people wanted, but I hope this event is good.
After that, we'll look to adding some new sets to the PvP ladder. When we get closer to that, we'll open a thread regarding the kind of sets you'd like us to consider.
Big mistake in my opinion. As of right now in my opinion the PVP ladder is in chaos, where as tokens, items, so called dominance medals are all way too easy to obtain, and none of it is found to be respected any more.
My suggestion is lets fix the pvp ladder first before you throw new items into the mix. I once suggested adding more items, but first we need a better system. We all must learn from our mistakes. I feel the pvp ladder needs longer duration time before it resets, perhaps going back to the two week mark might be a good start with the random reset in between. Doing this will prevent item overload or at least for now, and who ever does win a ladder won't be so eager to go sell an item for 10 fsp.
However that's not all that requires fixing, there is much more... I feel that perhaps its time to expand the pvp ladders once again. The game offers " XP locks, PVP Protection" Let's make use of those functions. As of now there are no real reasons anyone ever needs either of those two functions. If you expand the ladder range to + or - 50 levels with experience loss and gold loss we would see those functions used once again, and in addition the bounty board would also pick up lots of activity. Pvpers need to be able to target each other but in addition they need other targets as well, which is why I'm suggesting the + or - 50 levels from everyones VL only if they are par-taking in the PVP ladder of course.
Another suggestion is instead of having 15 different ladder categories reduce that number to 3 or 4 ladder categories. I suggest having level 100 through 299 compete together, 300 through 599 compete, from 600 through 899 compete, and from 900 through 1200, by doing this it would make the ladders tougher and harder for people to win. Less trading would go on, less deal making as well. I'm sure there will be some whiners and complainers along the way but over all this would be more challenging for the pvpers in the ladder and also reduce the number of winners and items that would be going into the public, and the reason we need to keep it difficult is once the community is flooded with items, and there is no more fsp or money to be made people will once again lose interest, which is why I feel expanding the ranges, and the duration time as a whole would be great for the game, activity, and over all the community.
Last but not least, any new items that are put into the public should require a new forum of token. To prevent anyone from making the items right away and forcing them to earn them like everyone else. Perhaps once a month re-setting the token amount so we don't have anyone hoarding them and forcing people to use or lose is an idea? More thoughts and ideas are needed for this I'm sure, and this is only the beginning but... HCS has a lot of work cut out for them, but in the end the community and everyone else hopes we get it right.
