I did...it's not the same...the new ui is pretty good and that but it's like 30% nice and 70%nice bugs...it's also slow and i don't like the design, the menus won't work right on my phone...the old one has all that i need and it's been there ever since i first heard about the game...i can remember the first hunt i had haha the old ui is like a treasurebox full of memoryes for me...i'm pretty sure there are some other players that feel this way...the "classic theme" is like a sigmastorm cyborg dressed in a fallensword knight lol you know what's under the disguise

In ss2, there was 1 last donation drive before announcing the abandonment of sigma, which may have been a coincidence, but this has made me a little gun-shy with the christmas offer

i forget if there was a specific date given for the enforcement of the new UI - i've started playing conservative with my fsp and may not be donating again till i see how this plays out

The time and resources invested in the new UI and map would suggest that FS is no where near going the way of SS2. FS is still the main income for HCS. A worst case scenario might see FS decline in favour of Eldevin, but that is still a long way off. At least 3-4 months still before beta testing begins.

I still prefer the old UI, especially considering the movement bugs in the new one.

I'll be using the old UI for the event because of ... viewtopic.php?f=1&t=105286 since it still isn't fixed.

I'll be using the old UI for the event because of ... viewtopic.php?f=8&t=105201 since it still isn't fixed.


New UI ... nedded some time to addapt to the new UI but I like it better now =). I will be using LF1200, so hopefully i have no problems with stamina walking.

I'd test it now, rather than when you've got potions running.

I prefer the old UI unless I am titan hunting then I like the new UI and the beta map. I really wish that we could keep the option of using both of the UI's.

I wouldn't have been able to hunt this fast during the triple exp event (have to move often to other realm) without the new UI. I am afraid that with the old one my expensive buffs would have ran out =s

I like the new UI, only issue i have is deactivating buffs from the world screen ( when running beta map) and the fact that log messages dont appear while moving on the map( again with beta map). Have to manually refresh to see them. Other then that me likey!

New UI for me.

Couple more bugs for the cows to fix if they actually read this thread.

- If you create a group not on the map screen, you can't use that group to attack a creature. Seems a bit fickle.

- The xp bar at the time will display correctly at times, other times it will show as full lit bars regardless of how far through the level you are. This is a bit fickle and intermittent.

Same with capturing Relic, and being unable to view stats of them whilst on the Beta map is an issue for me, too.

I actually like the new UI and it is an improvement to the old - it's been growing on me. However, I think there can be some further improvements done with the graphics (regardless of the themes).

The new map system is quite amazing - kudos to the cows for that one!
