Totally original avis that are not plagiarized from the work of others.
Now when I read this I think you mean no renders or stocks being worked with at all. Which most here don't do. I can't think of anyone here that actively does this. Now renders and stocks usually aren't considered plagiarized as a lot of work and alteration goes into the process.

Put it this way if i can run a tineye search and find a match you are wasting your time.

But do you mean the entire image or just the focal? There is a difference. A rather large difference in fact. If you want the entire piece made completely from scratch you will have a very hard time getting someone to enter this contest and even harder time finding high quality work.

what part of if tineye finds a match do you not understand ?

Tineye is not perfect and shouldn't be relied on 100% as there is plenty of images the tool can not find. Especially art from sites like deviantart. Also possible to 'fool' Tineye even if the focal/render is extremely common.
For example, my current avatar on FS has Charlize Theron from the movie Aeon Flux as the focal yet TinEye found 0 matches.

I guess from the tone of replies i am seeing here we only have text slappers in fs pretty sad really.....

From my point of view, rebtex was trying to find out what was allowed and what was not. Looking for specifics.
I was pointing out TinEye had some flaws.
Your definition of 'text slapping' is far different than any I have seen before.
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=59751 (<-- general opinion about textslapping and what is considered none textslapping)
With attitude of "we only have text slappers", you probably wont get very many of the highly respected artists placing an entry. Have a nice day.

I wanted an original avatar based on a theme of the trashcan man and A nuke detonating...if 25 fsps was not enough to get people to work on that sort of thing what is ?

The lack of participation was because of your hostility towards the people commenting in the thread. Perhaps the misunderstanding was from a gap in the English language barrier.

And where does one find pictures of those things.......... on the internet / world wide web, so you would be bound to have some of those said images show up on Tin Eye.Yep well i have never had to buy an avatar on here before or wanted to.

And for the record the people you have accused as "text slappers" have been far more forgiving than they should have been. You really should READ the definition of text slapping before you throw out that word, It's almost as bad as calling an African-American that N - word name.

I think you miss my point ,i am prepared to pay for a totally original avatar that does not use stocks or renders .. if that takes more than 25 fsp then that is why i am asking what would it take.
I want/wanted a piece of original art.
For an COMPLETELY original piece, of even medium quality, I couldn't imagine someone doing it for anything under 100. Which may seem like a lot but when considering that it is only like 8 dollars worth of FSP it isn't much.

There is a list of artists here http://forum.fallens...hp?f=21&t=99932. Recommend viewing the portfolios than contacting an artist directly. Very few artist in FS have the skill to draw an original avatar and I am not sure which are still active. Good luck.
