Your Contribution: 299 kills <<< I actually killed over 500 but didn't get credited for them. If anyone has a problem with the number of kills I did that's their problem. At least i contributed something.

252 kills here, and not planning on doing more. And sure, judge me as you see fit. I just do not see the point of doing any more as I have no motivation to do any more. Is that my problem, or is that the problem with this event? I do not feel like wasting my time, nor my stamina on this. And it is my very good right to feel like that. So stop judging players who stop at 250 kills, just because you have the motivation to do more, does not mean somebody else has to aswell.

And I do admire all those who are motivated, I just cannot bring myself to do it without better motivation, to spent hours on this game.

My suggestion would be to add nice motivation bonusses at each 1000th kill or so.

Next to that, all LE events in the last years have been the same; better to sit it out and buy the gear afterwards for 1 fsp or less. Inventing sets was fun the first few times, but now it is starting to get a pain really, to much time involved for something that is not worth it in the end.
Events like this should be worth the effort, and I sadly have to admit that I have not felt like this for a long time now.

I do like the idea of the invading army that needs to be driven off. I hope HCS will tweak it so, that it is worth the effort the next time they launch it!
I have seen a couple of good ideas, make good use of them.

The only change I'd make to this event in the future is making the kills and end reward correlate better. I'm not going to bother reading this entire thread, but I'd bet it's already been mentioned...250 kills should qualify for minimum, 500 for Tier 2 etc. This would make the 10x reward require 2500 kills. It makes sense, and would help the total along.

I don't care if some people only did 250 kills. I don't care that some did over 25,000. If they had fun for the time they did it, or are satisfied with the reward they will get, then the event was a success.

i agree with many players about not going for more than 250 kills lots r inactive and i believe many may not have done even 50 kills so i dont think there is much of a chance to get 25 MILLION kills on those foot soldiers and i was wondering is there a 2nd wave or something like that ? didnt see the creatures u showed on home page

lulz 32 pages, and I bet they're not exactly filled with happy gamers

I like the idea behind this event, but as I am sure has been pointed out already, it has major flaws.

First. What is up with the massive lag, as soon as more than 1,000 are online at the same time? Am I the only one remembering 5K plus being able to play at once, without the game going to a halt, not even the elderly can accomplish in the bus line?

Secondly. Who made up those insane numbers for the global event part?
250 to qualify? What? Why so low? We all get a min of 1200 stam per day (for free) - so spending 250 of that (without conserve) is no bother for anyone. The number should have been min. 2500.

Third. 5 mill kills to even get the first reward, and another +5 per reward tier? Do you even know how few players actually play this game?
1 mill per tier would have been a very fine number.

Fourth. The new medals are uuuuuugly  Dunno who designed 'em, and don't let me find out.. ever!

Fifth. The offered reward is.. at best decent. I have no use for it, and would prolly just pop it for a little bounty or something. Too many better pots already in the game.

Finally. The idea was nice, and I am sure the next go for such a thing, will be far better. Till then - hows about putting more energy into fixing the broken game, so we actually have a player base for the next global event

You might be capable of buying those expensive pots every hunt ... but most of us can't. So the AL400 is verry usefull for us.

For yout the first potion in the chest might be usefull. Epic forge 250 ... coo def 300. This should give you a lot of extra dam/defence. Good to use during exp events to make sure you don't come stats short :P

They've changed the numbers to 3 million per tier, with a total of 15 million for the ruby tier. We should be able to get to silver now.

As you may already know, we have been monitoring the event over the last few days and as such we've decided to make the following change to the number of kills required.

Each tier is now 3,000,000 kills, instead of the initial 5,000,000.

We'll also be using the experience from this event to make future events even better!

Congrats to the community for unlocking the Bronze Tier and good luck with reaching the Silver!

Those tier levels are better and more attainable.
It hasn't been perfect but a good 1st go to see how it works.
There have been many good suggestions for future events and hopefully they will be considered for the next Global Quest Event. I would be curious to see guild totals, maybe even a guild reward for future events (to stir more competition?).

The event has worked well for me, a Poker game on one screen,
and critter smashing on the other.

Good 1st run HCS!! 8~)

I agree.
This one is pretty smooth, compared to previous quests.
Let's us remember the early days of Elemental Titans quest.

What I may, or may not be able to buy is none of your business.
My concern about the reward offered is, those who have large stam banks may not see an incentive to spend that stam on the event, as they most likely have better pots avail. for their gaming experience.

For yout the first potion in the chest might be usefull. Epic forge 250 ... coo def 300. This should give you a lot of extra dam/defence. Good to use during exp events to make sure you don't come stats short :P

Again, I fail to see how that is any of your business. I have no problem getting the stats I need, as I did not b4 we got lvl 1000/1200/1400 buffs.
The first pot would be my choice though, as it provides 3 buffs which can come in very handy while being stomped. A term you, and the other versions of you, should be familiar with.

Thank you for keeping an eye out 8)

And again, it is a nice effort to try and bring more "we" into the game, and a little less "me".

Haha. Okay, this post caught me off guard. So I have to ask an incredibly
endearing question - When was Pluto made a "not a planet"? ROFL!
