The main problem I have with this event is that it was spamming kill button on a level 1, it was mindless repetition throughout the entire event. This may be fun for the first hour or so, but it became excruciatingly boring after that. Even a little bit of set up planning for fighting the creatures would have been better than what it is now.

I think that they should release 15 or so odd creatures into the realm with each creature corresponding to each hundred's of level and have points value according to their level/100. Then, a min cap for each creature is created so that if you dont qualify for at least until your range of 100's you wont get the chest (ie lv 300 must kill 250 of each lv 1/100/200/300 or 1000 of 300 or some combination). The ranking will be based on points accrued instead of kills.

The trade off here is somewhat fair IMO, the lower level would have to kill less to qualify, however the higher level will have more chance of being in the top 100 (really there need to be some bonus for top 100).

I would say that the creatures need to vary in stats a lot more than normal creatures and they should be at least champion level stats.

Btw these creatures can drop resources for LE if needed and just put the recipes up auction style or in stores.

BTW was there anything that was planned in the event that 5 mil wasnt reached? I mean there would be no point in setting a min if there isn't any drawback to not killing other than wasted stam...(reduce spawn rate for SE/E? etc)

To be honest, they`re not that bad, just so different they stick out like a sore thumb. :)

Thanks to everyone who PM'ed their best wishes, and for those of you that buffed me during the event. I tried to respond to everyone, but I might have missed someone.

I thought the event was fun and hardly slept for two days. Sometimes, it's not about rewards, but just trying to do the best you can with what you have.

I commend HCS for putting on a great event for everyone. Can't wait to see what's in store next!

I thought for each 250 foot soldiers killed you gained a box?? Otherwise why have other boxes on there?

what about making the top 100 into tiers? maybe 1-99 100-199 or along the lines and maybe make 25 top of each??

sadly i didnt make the top 100 i was there but couldnt kill anything today.. due to the fact my wife went into labour lol and my daughter decided to make a surprise entrance so guess i got my own better reward ...congrats to the rest though think next time will stick to the min kill as that was very tedious killing stuff

First off, let me congratulate and thank those who went over and above the call of duty to get us past tier two. I personally only contributed 2000 kills so have no great pride in my reward, but that's life.

I would now like to offer some honest feedback on an event which was very close to being good. It is my personal take and as such should be read with a pinch of salt.

1. I was not a fan of having legendary (and hence 'profitable', whatever that means) creatures out at the same time as the event was on. It simply discouraged min-max players from really getting involved further than point 2, below.

2. Level 1 creatures were a disappointment for me. Trudging round an elite realm to get 50, 60 or 70 thousand kills is mind boggling when there is no challenge in it beyond patience and no fun beyond a sense of pride. Again, min-max players will not be encouraged to do more than their baseline task unless it is actually something fun for them to do.

3. Rewards. I don't feel these really are something for the 'community' to enjoy. They are personal, and useful, but not something which everyone can participate in together. For what it's worth, this is why my original idea focussed on accomplishing small tasks for small rewards to then trigger off a bigger community wide event.

4. Implementation. Actually, this was ok. Some poor lag on day 1, but my hunt for 2000 kills took barely half an hour and I'm a UK based player. The counter worked, for the most part, and the creatures spawned, for the most part. Thumbs up for future almost-bug-free events.

5. Staff Engagement. Big plus here - it was great to see BigGrim actively working to help us out. Top marks for playing the game with the players.

All around, I thought this was ok. However, I do hope that more variety continues to be introduced so that the concept does not get stale.

Kudos to the cows for trying hard here - and for the community at large, let's think of improvements beyond adjusting kill targets and thresholds - use your imagination and take the idea of game-wide quests WAY beyond what we have seen in this taster session.

A few points there, but thanks for reading.

With all good ideas come good improvements to follow. The event was fun and raised moral, thus was a benefit to the game. Please increase the qualifier amount next time. Also, have you considered making it a running tally for the 2nd medal, (not top 100) like 1000, 10000, 50000, and 100000 kills similar to titans?

I will hold my hands up, I only got 500 kills myself there would have been alot more if the new gear wasn't introduced at the same time. There are alot more players that worry more about making fsp than medals, even more so now theres stamina rewards.



I hate the stamina rewards....the FSP rewards were way more worth my time...1-4 mins of my time on a video...its worth much more than 3-6 steps on a map....

Event was great! But going little far from topic,PLEASE HCS DONT MESS UP THE PROPERLY WORKING THINGS WHEN RUNNING SOMETHING NEW!
I've been patient for 5 days now And Still MY QUICK BUFF SCREEN IS ROYALLY SCREWD >.<..
WHEN I SELECT SAY 7 BUFFS AND HIT ON ACTIVATE,I GET THE SAME PAGE WITH 3-4 BUFFS UNCLICKED BY THEMSELVES >.<.....I cant get through unless i decide to buff in sets of 3-4 buffs,even select all function isn't working Properly..Before 5 days It was all great but now its really tedious and irritating to complete buff requests
I browse from mobile and Use latest Opera Mini..Please Please look into this..Its affecting my buffing business vastly..

how if give more reward for top 100, top 100 lader like pvp (reset every new quest available). and give tokens. tokens is item for make new item with resource from the foot soldier and certain LE.

It was a fun event! Just a few points:

1. Qualifier does seem to be low. It should be tier dependent as well. The community got the 2nd tier reward, to qualify for that, you should have required 500 kills instead of 250. So if you had a total of 500 kills, you would have gotten the 2nd tier reward, if not, only the first tier. If that had been the case, I'm sure community as a whole would have reached the third tier easily.


1. add 1 new bar,
individual bar 14 range, 500k, 1k, 1,5k, 2k,3k,4k,5k,..... 13k.
same with amount of LE, and hunting LE depend/link to each bar.

2. LE only spawn after unlocked tier (community tier). --- maybe the problem is lag every LE spawn :(
a. fase 1 (3 mil), bronze
Burzzthak (15), Bulltoise (115) after 3 mil unlocked ---> qualified player only can hunting the LE---> 1 bar individual (500k) for Burzzthak, 2 bar (1k) for Bulltoise.
b. fase 2 (6 mil), silver
Saurodon (225), War Lobberand (340), and Watcher Ballista (415) after 6 mil unlocked. ---> qualified player 3rd,4th,5th individual bar.
c. fase 3 (9 mil), gold
War Wolf Rider (535), Horror Horse (665), Ogre Axe Thrower (770) and Grotesque (845) after 9 mil unlocked. ---> qualified player 6th,7th,8th, 9th individual bar.
d. fase 4 (12 mil),
all 14 LE after + 1 new LE after 12 mil unlocked. ---> qualified player with match individual bar.
after 12 mil unlocked LE kill count in quest.
f. fase 5 (15 mil), ruby
1 new LE spawn after 15 mil unlocked ---> all qualified player.

*new LE drop item for new LE set and resources for another set (combine with token top 100).

i believe for next global quest will unlocked fase 4 or completed. since players have experience from 1st quest how to hunt and where the best place, but maybe need more time, 7-10 days (for regain stam).

3. qualifed keep 250 or increase to 500 kills,
so low player can still participate for contributor and hunting LE for profit or for sets.
most player under lvl 100 have stam under 1k and lvl 200 have under 2k.

4. reward/chest must considering the individual bar (and community bar).
2 individual bar = 1 community bar.
----> so qualified player can hunt LE but the chest/reward depend on unlocked individual bar.
ex : quest ended with 7 mil (current). it mean 2 bar community. reward distribute consider the individual bar. if a player have 4th individual bar (3k) have 2 chests. if only have 2nd or 3th indv bar (1,5k or 2k) get 1 chest. under 2 bar no reward chest.

5. LE spawn in low lvl area, and decresed min lvl for hunting
so low lvl player with high contribution can hunting LE higher lvl (with group)

6. medal
maybe count from kill number like titan medal. but since it global quest maybe must considering the community bar too, not only the individual kill.
ex : % from community bar.
bronze : unlocked bronze and have min 10% contribution (3k contribution).
silver : unlocked silver and have min 10% contribution (6k contribution).
gold : unlocked gold and have min 10% contribution (9k contribution).
so when a player have 20k contribution but only silver unlocked, the medal only silver.
but top 100 medal keep current system.

7. during the event all another common, elite, and SE creature have special ability
maybe seal, or fist fight, or last ditch or nightmare special ench.
or maybe deflect, hahahahahahahahahahaha

Overall a great event and I am sure future events will be even better. Although I am not sure if the top 100 will be planning on spending that much stam again :lol:

Bildor, that was impressive stuff, but you must have been blind by the time you reached 81,000 kills.

Some great feedback through this thread regarding qualifying tiers 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 2500 for players to qualify as the game reaches the next miles stone. The numbers above could maybe do with being even higher to get more participation from more of the game. If I was just going to qualify I would probably of just done 250 kills as well, but I wanted the STAM WASTER medal so got into the top 100 :lol:

I am not sure if LE's should sit in this type of event, but I suppose LE's created more interest in the killing of the Foot Soldiers for the resources. But this could do with tweaking.

I don't think releasing 14 news sets (was it 14?) for every global event is sustainable or even needed. Maybe 1 LE set or a special global set from a global event creature could be better.

Some throw away idea's =

1) Picking a side to fight for in the war would also be good so the winning side gets a certain small reward in addition to the qualified reward. You choose your side at the beginning and fight for that side throughout.

2) Maybe a battle field realm where everone who participates goes to to fight the creatures so the 3x3 realms are not the sole place for killing lvl 1's and make the creatures slightly more interesting, although I appreciate a lvl 1 allows everyone to get involved.

3) The use of resources from certain creatures to invent war machines, which then needs 10 or 20 or even 100 players involved to get on the war machine and fight somehow. You could even catapult players across the map or something, or am I just going too far :lol:

As I said, throw away ideas

Overall good event. Of course my finger is sore from all those clicks. Ended up with over 51,000 kills so feel like a real bully.....

What I'm enjoying (?) is glancing at other players bios and seeing who DIDN'T participate in the "event" at all. Yeah, the medal leaves something to be desired in the graphic category, but it was free to begin with.
Since ideas are being kicked out for the next "event" (and I note that even some of the posts with negative comments, also refer to the next one) How about having the evil forces (the evil forces are always out there you know...) arrange to have the guild pluses fail, maybe buffs too, but that may be too much. Let strategy, brute force, and a sharp sword rule the day.

It would have been a big help for me if the items and monsters were defined in the wiki. I did not know where to go to find out how to invent the items I wanted. I did manage to obtain the cog set.
