Re-designed Skills
[*:hxms74du]Gloat: +0.2% per point gold stolen in PvP.
[*:hxms74du]Honor: -0.2% per point xp loss in PvP (Does not work during bounties)
Note this skill has been moved to level 250+ in the Defense skill tree.
[*:hxms74du]Sealed: 0.2% per point chance to negate 2 buffs during combat. (Does not affect the Sealed skill.)
Skill Changes
[*:hxms74du]Increased Barricade from 0.1% to 0.15% per point of Damage transferred to Defense. The casting level of this skill can now also be adjusted in your preferences.
[*:hxms74du]Increased Reflection from +0.1% to +0.2% per point of the enemy's inflicted damage added to your next combat strike. Reflected damage is now applied before the armor calculation.
[*:hxms74du]Changed the combat skill activation order to Fortitude -> Severe Condition -> Ageless -> Wither.
[*:hxms74du]Disarm and Erosion no longer work on Crystalline items.
Due to the skill changes, all players can use the 'Reset All Skill Points' upgrade once for free. Note that free skill resets do not stack.
General Changes / Bug Fixes
[*:hxms74du]Crystalline items now always have a minimum of 1% chance to take durability damage.
[*:hxms74du]Crystalline items are now excluded from the durability calculation on the top bar.
[*:hxms74du]Fixed an issue with buffs still activating in current combat after being removed by Spell Breaker.
[*:hxms74du]Fixed an issue with Titans not updating when the action list is refreshed.
[*:hxms74du]The experience loss for a single death to a creature is now capped at 50% of the players current level's experience requirement.

There still is. If you use UB190 there is 5% chance + the sure 1% for the Crystalline. That's 6%. But no, you can't avoid it taking a slight bit of damage over time.

no point using UB 190 + distil anymore?
There is still point. Big difference btw Ub 190 and 200 (With 200 you got 1% to lose durration, That may happen 1 time in few hunts I don't think there is someone so unlucky to lose a lot durrations. ) . But with Ub 190 you can lose and 5 durrations in one hunt.
Hm Hoof can you share if the new skills will be added to day ?
And I want to ask you why while it's need to add few points to inventor 1 to add inventor 2. It's not the same for Extracotor>Extractor 2

Glad to see the honor buff moved down the tree 8)
Any idea on when gloat % is calculated?
IE: base 10% thievery + 35% = 45% total take
Player has 10 million, 10%( 1 mil ) + 35% ( 3.5 mil) = 4.5 mil gold total stolen
OR
10% thievery take THEN + 35% to that.
10% ( 1 mil) x 35% = 1. 35 mil total take
Big difference

Actually its still ub200 on all except crystaline on crystaline its ub198, there is still huge reason to use ub+distil!

Since you fixed the skills when can we expect the rest of the talked about pvp changes to occur?

Changing the order of activation is fine and dandy but ya have to ensure the buffs effect one another as well
#13

it could be that the order was only changed for pvp combats rather than pve?Tested SC and fortitude in the scavenging caves... Ageless is still only effecting Base HP.. it isn't doubling SC or fortitude..

I asked in the last thread but it got derailed by Global quest questions, but can anyone tell me where Chi Strike falls into this line? Beginning? End?[*]Changed the combat skill activation order to Fortitude -> Severe Condition -> Ageless -> Wither.

Also I thought sealed was to effect ANY random buff, not just activation buffs?
Edit: tested sealed
Maehdros activated Sealed. (Negated Stun and Reflection) it shows which buffs are sealed. nice!

I thought Hoof said, if it was chance then on activation buffs, always work then any random buffs

Will there be a free skill reset when 1500/1600 buffs come out? Or at least some advance warning? In other words, should we use this reset ASAP?
