I like the subject. His legs are a little washed out in the green light & I guess i would have like to see him a little greener. Since i don't know how to that style of signature the only thing I would like to suggest would be to have the line that is behind the Hulk be "bent up"/ "broken through" with the line(s ) kinda floating away from him.

hmm, there is something about it that seems wrong... maybe all that green? (The only spot I can see green is on his arms but the render is almost orange =P)
I know you can use other colours other than the render's ones just like Halo did with my sig but that green really catches all the attention

Nice and colorful, i like it.

You could do a subtle desaturation I guess in places. I usually achieve that by making a new layer, filling with black then setting to saturation mode (or color) then either opacity fade and/or mask.
I find that easier and cleaner than just using a straight forward desaturation filter.

Text is a little hard to read but no biggy.

The overall flow and fx are great.
