It seems i am one of those who are getting the Equipping Items, Equip Wooden Sword pop-up on their home page. Just wanted to let you know i was another one. Please fix when you can please.

Hi there,
Please provide a screen shot of the Quest log in which you got the item, so we can send you a new one.
To take a screen shot:
1) Press Print Screen [this copies the image in screen into your PC memory].
2) Open a paint program and start a new document.
3) Place your cursor in the new document, paste [Crtl+V] the screen shot from memory into the document.
4) Save the new picture as a Jpeg [please make the file size as small as possible, but keep image as clear as possible].
5) Attach to ticket.

The replaced item seems to have worked. Thanks.
Now as for the statement about 'we replaced your item this one time, but...etc.', i take offense to. I have never asked for an item to be replaced before and only did so this time because of a glitch in YOUR game. All information i could find said to contact support. I did. Then i get a statement like that. 'Nuff said.

Isn't the Beginnings Quest part of the Tutorial? It has been so long i cannot remember. Does the Beginnings Quest, at the time it is being done, tell/show you to Equip the Wooden Sword? If so, why would one not do so? And if one did not do so, why would it show up months later asking you to equip the wooden sword? And why would it affect many players all around the same time?
Call it what you want. I took offense to what was said and how it was said. For something that apparently did not just affect myself. I'll talk with the team and see if we can get it re-worded as it must come across differently to how we intended it to.
