New Titan (Idea)

This new Titan would be some kind of powerful leader.
He would spawn no more then 1 time every couple weeks. So he and his drops are rare.
He would spawn on random places. (not 4x4 squares though) It may spawn in Xind, it may spawn on the mountain path or he may spawn i a level 1400 realm.
It will say where he spawns. Just something like, "The titan has spawned in a swamp." or "on a mountain." Then we have to narrow it down ourselves. There may be 3 mountains in the game and in those three mountains are different realms like the top of the mountain, mid mountain, bottom mountain or deep in the swamp, or whatever. Not only do we have to hunt and kill this titan but we have to physically go look for him as well.
And I'm not sure about how hard it would be to program this, but make his level random. If he spawns on mountain path, make him level 1 to 3. if he spawns in Xind, make him level 400 and whatever. If he spawn in a 1400 real, make him a level 1400 titan. And only those that are who can kill him. If he is in a level 10 realm, anyone level 10 and above can kill him.
Make him Strong & Powerful. After all, he is a leader. and maybe give him a very random spell to heal himself.
Seems like something that'd be fun to me. What does everyone else thing?

Sounds intriguing but quick question. What level would the Epic Item be since you want him to change levels by the area he's in?

personnel I would hope for an invent able epic for the drop. that covers all levels or better yet an epic that grows with your level. stats change ever 50-100 levels.
That's a good idea. The epic could be based on the level of the person who has it and its damage, enhancements, etc, are enhanced automatically every 100 levels.
It changes as your level does.

Totally agreedI want it to be based on character level, and also bound. This should not be a source to earn fsp, but a way to get something for yourself, and once you got it, others can try, since its bound. But a possibility to guild tag it if thats possible.

I would not said this 4 years ago, but in the state FS is today, thats what the game needs.

The game will continue to grow as HCS makes money. Let this item be available to be sold like any other.
If anyone wants their own "bound" titan item, let them go win a titan or buy one themself and then keep it.

If anyone wants their own "bound" titan item, let them go win a titan or buy one themself and then keep it.
This game will continue to grow as long as players enjoy it and have fun playing it. I don't think its growing much now, but there's hope that hcs may change things. ( they have been doing alot lately)
Titans aren't the only source of income for hcs. Nothing wrong with something that isn't affected by how much $$$ a player has.

just a thought i had anyway
Edit: just a thought right this second. we only very low levels of enchant ammy and enchant boots and such. perhaps a multi buff pot that exploits these? dont know just putting it out there. you could also make the titan require min of 3 guildys to kill it and then make the pot a buff pack for the guild. (thinking of the idea where everyone in the guild gets a pot for hte buff pack and has a couple of days to a week to use it)

I have been thinking this through and just wanted to add a few things
1) Making the titan appear in any realm is fine, provided certain realms are excluded or only certain realms are included. You wouldn't want it appearing in a 3x3 realm
2) Making the EPIC bound, yea sure - BUT, if the item isn't sold in the AH HCS might not get the donations from players wishing to 'buy' that item (just sayin)
3) Making the item aligned to the charatcer level is a unique idea BUT this item needs to be EXCLUDED FROM THE ARENA, this will be a win key for EPIC arenas in the players own range
4) It sounds a bit like a Super Elite with the random level appearance to me but with more HP
5) It reminds me of the Elemental Titans where everyone does their own hunting for their own gain, but those items are sold in the AH and the titans are in a fixed location

1> if it only appears once every few weeks, do we want to have to invent the item? how many times would you have to kill it by yourself to get everything needed to invent it?
2> if the item is bound, would the resources be bound as well? or could this turn into a huge money maker for just the resources?
3> imagine this: i just finished my hunt, the titan spawns in my realm. how much would that location information be worth?
i see this being a huge race. the first one to find it has a huge advantage. i have no problem with that, but how many times would you have to be the first one to find it, and kill it 51%? would the item be good enough to warrant that much work?
all that said, i do think that this idea can be discussed, and it could become a great part of the game.

I think we are good on titans right now. Perhaps have them spawn a little less often would be nice ... so they hold value. Also, if you secured a drop, then you should be prevented from joining in on the next spawn.
