V1 - the render needs to be blended more, especially from the waist-up (left side of sig), the edges are to sharp and pixelated along his back and hood. the text is meh, i would remove the outer glow, and blend the text by doing a 1 pixel feather (only erase parts not around the whole thing) and lowering the opacity or changing the layer setting. could also maybe add a gradient to the text. also blend/fade the c4d's alittle more, especially up around his head.
V2 - the background needs work, the transition from the top to bottom should be gradual. currently you can see a clear line across it that doesn't look good at all. it's abit to chaotic/cluttered, has alot of splatter, c4d, and other effects that just make it harder to focus on your focal point. would also move the render slightly to the left or right, it doesn't look as good centered.
V3 - pretty much the same as V2 except fixed the problem with the background transition that V2 had, but the boarder should be on top of the render along the bottom.
V4 - still needs the boarder over the render along the bottom or maybe you could just add a partial boarder (a 2 pixel black line across the bottom) on top of the current boarder and render then set the layer to overlay.
/e in case you don't know how to feather text... assuming you still use photoshop
hold Ctrl and left click on the layer image > right click inside the selected area > select inverse > Ctrl+Alt+D (set it to 1 pixel feather) > erase parts along the edge (when you try to erase it will pop-up saying you need to rasterize the type, hit ok) you might want to increase the image size while erasing.
if you don't want to erase just parts, you want to feather the whole thing just hit delete/del on your keyboard.
