Hello, today I was completing a few surveys in the "Free" sections, one was for an iOS app, and the other was for some Sonic Hedgehog game. Neither of them payed out the 1,000+ FS Shards they were supposed to. It's been over 30 minutes now and I'd like to know why they aren't paying out.

EDIT: I know why the iOS app one isn't working. It doesn't even send me to the place to download the app. Just some random survey place. -_-

This has been going on for quite a while for typically shown surveys; it's not just you, players globally face the same issue

Going to cut to the chase but shards (or fsps as that was how the system usually sent them thankfully) is not 100% of the time going to send them to you regardless if the repetitive offer(s) disappear and/or reappear and fulfilled. The surveys themselves do not assure tentative payment for your high or low cooperation. You could finish 20 surveys but only get shards from a few of them. There are unforgiving surveys when going through one is endless and asks very similar questions consistently which could otherwise be ignored.. So basically not every survey can be completed but that's a different small matter.

Other than surveys, you have much more luck to score in. Also when an offer is completely over with, it could take a few split seconds to an entire week before you get a bit richer; it should react the same on mobile just have to be patient even though one can't always resist the temptation  -_-

Submit a ticket .. be as informative as possible and HCS will work with you.

It was a free offer. You really didn't have much but a dab of time invested. I believe there's also a clause about it being ran by an advertising party that's responsible for the offers placed in the shard section.

Just think of it as "Lifetime" buffers...Sounds like a hell of an offer, but more than often not around when ya really need it.

Removing the ability to Bounty a PvP Ladder attack is something I've been thinking about. If enough people want it, I don't see why not. It might be a relatively easy tweak, unlike the rest of the suggestions.

So, basically, half the offers are useless? I don't mean to sound so blunt but is that the truth?

And if I sent in a ticket it wouldn't really do anything, because if they really wanted to fix the issue, they'd have fixed it as a whole by now. It's been a few days and I still haven't received my shards. It seems like it only does this for the offers that around around 200+ shards.

This is really bumming me out, because I really want to get FSP to upgrade my character and gear, but my parents don't like using debit/credit cards online.

Prolly so bud. If half the offers are junk, just double your completion and that'll fill the void!

Maybe try a prepaid debit card? Or have your folks help ya set up your own bank account and use Pay Pal? I'm not sure if there's an age restriction for Pay Pal or not, but some banks will let ya open an account with a parent/guardian consent undder the age of 18 in the USA.

Antartica may be different, lol.

the specific offers do change, if nothing else a ticket will help track down offers that are not paying or not performing as they advertise and then hcs can contact the advertiser about it.   You may need to check that you don't have ad blocking software running that is interfering with you being credited. Some offers will fail to credit if you 'go to fast' through them.  Also, if you play more than one game (not just with hcs, but all over) that has offers from a particular ad agency and you've already completed it on a different game for points it may not (and probably will not is more apt the case) credit on any site after the first you do the offer on.

For what its worth, I pretty much just stick to the videos, but that is a slow ride for getting fsp.

If you're in the states I'd suggest trying the Ultimate Game Card (it is available in several other countries as well for that matter) as a secure pre-paid option that functions nicely with FS.

I just tried the PlayPickle (1,100 FSP Shards) and it didn't pay out, even after the 15 minutes it said it may take. It's actually been about an hour. I'll try all your suggestions! Thanks!
