This is my current set-up http://TalentTheory....t4y1z2B1D1E2V1/ for Warrior. For stats I went equally between Vit, Melee and Focus (2 each for each lvl). Unbuffed, I sit at 7070 Melee Attack Power , 6600 HP, 89,75% hit chance and 39% crit. Buffed it's 9531 Melee Attack Power, 7000 HP, 91,44% hit chance and 43,05% crit (no idea if this is poor, normal or good).
I used to have 2 points in Burden instead of Blazing Strike but I didn't make much use of it. I noticed that if you used Bane after Meteor, it increased the stun from Meteor by one second (that is if Bane hit's while the stun from Meteor is still active). Otherwise it gets lost in the stun immunity buff, or if you Bane before Meteor, then Meteor doesn't stun.
Then I changed it for Adrenaline Rush and its passive, but then again the only time I used it was to cleanse a stun, wich isn't really usefull while lvling because I only came across stuns in instances (and I'm not doing much of these because there is no one to do it with while lvling, you either pass them or get a free run from higher lvls).
I also tried Destruction (AoE on Bane, but it didn't seem to do anything). Bloodlust seems good but then again with a low CD Ruin, you don't spam much regular attacks. Same goes for Marauder, but Marauder is extremely useful to regain mana now and then.
Finaly, I tried Two Right Feet just to see how it does. It's pretty neat to be able to run while Maelstroming, but the use in PvE is limited. It would be good for PvP. In fact there are a lot of PvP oriented talents for the Warrior, wich might be good or bad depending on what you like to do. At least, it helped me select PvE oriented talents because the PvP ones are fairly obvious.
Here is a basic rotation for 1 mob : Ruin -> Meteor -> Bane -> Ruin -> Reg. Attack x2 -> Ruin.
For tougher ennemies I open with Sear. For groups I just Meteor -> Maelstrom.
So far I didn't come across any major drawbacks to this build. The only problem I had was to beat Gamacaris, but onced I had decent potions and Sear for the DoT (he kept dodging lots of attacks), it wasn't that hard.
So I'd call this a success build!
