There is no quest indicator for this part that point where the artist's house is. I don't know if it's done on purpose. there is little or no clue in the quest log.

Look for the 2 bodyguards outside a house in the north of the city.

Go in through the window, then steal the painting through the wall and watch the artist wonder why it disappeared. It's either a bug or an oversight (stealing the painting through the wall).

Thanks for reporting these issues. There will be fixes for both the missing quest indicator and the stealing through a wall issue with our next build.
