Any word yet on the ability to send composed potions to guildmates as promised?

Any kind of confirmation (or decision to not go forward with this) would be much appreciated.  I really hate to nag, but having no acknowledgment one way or the other makes me wonder if I'm just being ignored.

Any way, keep up with all the great work.  I hope to hear from y'all when ever you are able.

Any chance of resetting the "instant finish" costs for composing at midnight server time as well? Or is that already in the plans?

should of done some easy interface/feature fixes over the course of these months while working on bigger upgrades in the meantime, showing us updates on those.. would of kept more people happy.. this is what happens when you let the community decide what they want, when they want it ;)

Hi Hoof and Grim and to anyone else who would like to read,

As stated above, is it possible to re-adjust the release dates for the development roadmap? I feel like it's already out of date, even for the dates in the future. As it stands, there are 7 items that are currently out-of-date in regards to release time estimates as well as 1-2 that are probably at risk as well. The current dates may be unrealistic expectations for the development teams to meet (no offense to anyone at HCS). As a community and player base, it looks better whenever you estimate conservatively and finish prior to the date. Players are usually much more happy to see something released earlier than the expected date when it comes to game updates (however that usually is not the case in events).

On another issue - is there any chance to update this roadmap (ie add in new issues) as the game develops? It's nice to stick to a roadmap and have an estimation of what you want completed, but that does not mean that the game isn't changing during the time period. What may have been important almost 4-5 months ago, may not be as important now to the community while other topics may have become more important due to any issues / bugs that may have arisen. The ability to re-visit the roadmap would be a great option in the coming months maybe to make sure the development roadmap is going to continue to meet your customer's needs and expectations.

Thanks,

I'll get the roadmap expected dates updated as soon as possible. We're running a little behind at the moment due to some server moves we're been making however I'm still hoping to get some of the new guild-based medals out this week :)

Change PvP Ladder hits to not be bountyable (17th Feb 2014)

In addition to this being put foruth may I also suggest being able to attack guild mates while on the PvP Ladder? By doing this would make things more competive and more interesting for certain. Other wise there is nothing that will stop guilds from sending in multiple players to destroy the limited competition that is currently trying to play a ladder, and without having the ability to bounty such and such players - there would be no defense for them other then being forced out of any and all such Ladders - then making the PvP Ladder into a GvP Ladder. (Guild vs Player = GvP)

Just a thought on this topic -

Chazz

Big NO to the concept of attacking guild members on the pvp ladder, this is far to abuseable and would ruin any credibility the pvp ladder has left!!!

Apologies for the delay on adding the new guild-based medals - the server issues pushed us back a bit this week :(

We'll definitely have them some new medals added next week and hopefully also the midnight gold upgrade reset too :)

You base this on what I am wondering???

Today in our present time - the PvP Ladder has little to no creditability nor does it get a lot of attention or particpation. By such a change and allowing guild mates to attack each other while on the ladder seems fine - not seeing room for abuse here ? I mean the PvP Ladder is where players go to compete yes?

Player vs Player - Now looking ahead and seeing that people on the PvP Ladder will lose and forefit the right and ability to post bounties on peers associated with Ladder attacks (which is fine) My question is one of a very simple nature - if Players are competing in the same level bracket of which one is " Dominant " why wouldn't you want the ability to attack a guild mate their?

Or ... perhaps the reason you are supporting such a notation is that it supports another form of abuse where a guild that has multiple members in one level range can go to thwart another from winning ? At present this option of abuse is available - however such actions can be dealt with via posting bounties. Where the " bullied player can obtain help from his guild via the bounty board. However once this feature is removed it almost appears as a no holds bar against players that are in guilds - without equal support as a guild that has multiple members in one leveling bracket : allow me to illustrate further,

If guild A has 5 players in the level 900 ladder - and all 5 of them join the PvP ladder the only targets such people may attack are the few in that ladder that are not from the same guild -

it seems very clear that removing the ability to post bounties - from PvP ladder associated attacks is a good thing but - the idea of being able to attack a fellow guild member to show true PvP Dominance is absurd ? I personally fail to see the logic in that unless there is an advantage to having fellow guild mates in the same ladder as you to provide easy winnings? However I do believe any such thing would be viewed as abuse and not be considered Dominance at all -

Just my two cents worth here.

- Chazz

so you're telling me that people in the same guild would not collude and allow each other to win certain ladders by losing on purpose to transfer rating? That is the only team work I see happening as a result of the introduction of allowing guild members to hit each other.

No idea if I am in the right thread or not, but I would love to see a link in a player's bio that showed their individual buff packages. This was already a great success with auctions, it would work great with buff packages. I don't think it would be too hard code to write, and most people i believe would agree to using it.
